I would definitely recommend this service. Both going to and from the airport the bus was waiting for us and took less than 10 minutes for the transfer. Also, very friendly bus drivers.

i am from poland,mybe my opinion is not important ,but i would like to explain that way to long stay car-par has not sings,it is very hard to find a easy road to long stay parking.i lose a more 50 GBP for a bad sings a road to long stay car park.i will not use a car par next time.my english is badly,but i have hope that u undertand my letter.

Unsatisfactory to get to car park to be told it was being re-developed and that car would be moved (somewhere?) during absence. On return nothing had happened to car park but car had been moved.

staff very helpful, our dedicated car park was full but easily re directed to alternatve,bus drivers very good.will use again because of this, and of course the price.

I dont have any negatives things to say as everything went as I would have expected it to go. This is not the first time I have used your services and it wont be the last. Keep up the good work. Thanks

We travel from EMA usually once a year and book our vehicle onto the long-stay car park everytime. Despite issues of ticket not raising barrier when it should, I still believe the facilities to be value for money and saves more hassle with waiting for taxis or family members, especially with unpredicable flight arrivals etc.

the shuttle bus to the airport was really quick on both getting to the airport and returning from the airport, everything was very easy and straighforward. Will definately use these again.

although well signed was further from the airport than i thought ,but all went very well staff was helpful and transfer buses running all the time bus drivers very helpful with the suitcases,easy to find bus stop coming back as it is outside departures.

we found it satisfactory.when we got there, there were no spaces available so we left the car to be parked by an assistant.on our return we found the staff helpful in explaining where our car was. happy to use again.many thanks.

I checked what my car park fee would have been and it would have been £6 cheaper had I not booked in advance with you.I tried to get an explanation from the staff but they were unwilling to help me.I would appreciate a response

once I had picked my car up on arrival back into the UK, I had to wait behind a shuttle bus before I could exit the car parking area which was annoying. Overall though it worked well, although £50p/w is a little pricy in my view!

We found the Long stay parking 7 excellent. It's the first time we have used parking facilities and will now continue to do so. Staff were really friendly and the transport to and from the terminal quick and easy to use. We were very pleased with this facility.

felt much more secure, finding where we were headed and how to do it. buses much more frequent than we'd expected, so didn't have waiting times, even late at night

We got parked straightaway and we didn't wait long for the bus to come either. Coming back the bus was there almost straightaway and we were back to the car and on our way. All in all a good experience!

I booked with Simplyparking 2 days before departure. They offered the best price and booking was easy via the internet. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff who showed us where to park. They were very polite and cheerful. The instructions were easy to folow, the bus service was excellent. Highly recommended. Will use again.

I wondered why the machine implied it needed more payment, but a member of staff saw me looking puzzled & came to help: perhaps the wording could be more clear. Apart from that it was a good experience & I'll have no hesitation recommending you to friends.

got trasfer bus immediately , driver was very helpful, he explained exactly what to do on our return which made things easier for us. car park well signed and easy to find , will deffinitely use it again .Thankyou.

The whole thing went smoothly, from start to finish. It was easy to find and park the transfers quick and easy, with helpful drivers both ways. Will certainly use again.

Did not see any staff at the car park, but in all honesty did not need to see anyone. Parking road Surface could could be better. Transfers excellent both ways.

Long drive to car park 7 from airport complex entrance, allow at least 10 minutes for this. No parking bays marked out so the parking is a bit haphazard. Gravel on the car park tarmac makes pulling luggage very difficult. Pickup appears to be just from the main block in the next compound (driver pulled away from the bus stop in the car park as we walked up). The signing in the airport to the validation desk and from the validation desk to the pickup point is very limited - small, basic map on booking form would help. Overall, reasonable cost for a reasonable service.
