On entry no ticket was sispensed. However when returning we went back to the car park, pressed the buzzer, gave our reference and was let out immediately. It took us a while to find where the return coaches poicked us up. Its outside the arrivals terminal for future reference!

Good value and polite service from the drivers and security staff. the transfer buses were very prompt and easily found. we booked the same facility within 2 weeks of returning from our last trip

No trolleys to move cases from car to a terminal. Not obviouse where to pick-up bus at the airport for return jouney

Nothing in the info said we had to show our booking printout on the way back out. I should have realised but there was nothing to say so - or if there was, I missed it. Please make it more obvious so the queue out is as short as possible. Apart from that, brilliant. I'll use it again

Staff were friendly and helpful. No card was given to exit the car park, just told to input code on online booking confirmation. Did not use it as staff helped cars out, but wondered if it would have been light enough to see at 02:00. Apart from the cost, no complaints or problems.

This was great! Easy to find, regular coaches to and from the airport and really good value for money!

The car park is just a short bus ride from the airport 5 mins, just park your car get on a free bus that are always there just when you need them. I recomend you use this car park when you fly from East Midlands airport. Well done BCP.

so simple, the car park we used was on site, easy to find as it was well sign posted, there was plenty of place, the driver helped me on & of the coach with my case. the instructions given with my booking could nt of been any easier & Even though we were delayed the staff knew this and charged us no extra. I would definetly use the facilities again

The only problem we experienced was finding the car on our return.We did not realize there were two sites to Car park 7. We ended up searching for the car in the wrong area. Although we remembered the correct letter lane we couldn't recall its colour. The staff were very helpful once we sought their help.

We found the car park easy to find with plenty of spaces. We only had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus to the terminal which also only took about 5 minutes. On our return we found the ticket kiosk on the short term car park easily and a bus waiting to transfer us back to our car, all in all a good experience.

Not very well signposted when you come out of airport to where payment is or bus stop.So got rather wet should be signs in airport arrivals exit

Only comment is that the procedure for leaving your car and catching transfer to airport and back was not explained in the booking details

Pre-booking was easy,there was no penalty for arriving back hours later than planned (as long as it was still the same calendar day),you can choose your parking space and there is no need to hand keys to anyone or report to reception although some people prefer to do so ! Transfer was very quick to and from airport. i cannot comment on customer service as i had no dealings with staff.

The long stay car park is fine, and we had no problem getting the courtesy coach to and from the terminal. However the surface is very rough and we were extremely upset to see that some thoughtless person (we think in a 4 wheel drive) has dented our car door. We think it was a 4 wheel drive because the dent is too high to be anything else. So the general outcome is that we now have a damaged car.

There was no waiting to do 'admin' or hand car keys over. All we had to do was park the car, catch the bus and have the card from the parking machine validated at the office near arrivals at the airport to allow the barrier to let the car through.

A good service and we would recommend to friends and will use you again.Directions and signs could be clearer as could the place to have the ticket validated.....not clear for first timers or signed. Staff very obliging and most pleasant. Thank you.

As a first user, on arrival at car park 7 entrance barrier, it wasn't immediately clear that you had to press the non credit card button to receive a ticket. Further clarification would have helped.

parked the car and got straight on a bus quick and easy no fuss at all and the same coming back brilliant service even the guy in the office welcomed us back home asking about our holiday top class service

We arrived at the car park and did not have to wait for a bus transfer as one was waiting at the stop. On return, a bus advertised for car park 6 was waiting and when we asked the driver if he knew how long until a bus for car park 7 would be, he said get on and I will take you. We cannot fault the service that we received.

Really can't fault the service. The frequency of transfers to the airport was great and yes, maybe we could have been closer but it was only five minutes away.
