both finding the park and validating my ticket on exit was simple and painless. there was alot of info when booking about the coach transfer which is puzzling as the departure terminal is only a few yards accross the road and arrivals not much further.

Advertised as park up and leave but actually was block parking and leave keys so car could be moved to god knows where and brought back for arrival.Booked through bcp the rest of car park 7 appeared to be park up and leave and return to same space which I would have preferred rather than handing over keys

When we arrived the car park was very busy/almost full and the staff there offered to valet park my car for me. This was excellent and unexpected so I left my car with them, including the keys and they looked after it. When I returned they had it ready and waiting for me by the valet parking office.

NO real customer service as there were no people around, however i guess there is the car park people at the airport if you needed, its a park it yourself, remeber where you parked service. Area seemed secure and no problems, was very full when we collected car though so maybe over booked?

Convenient easy on airport parking and great value for money. Transfers regular and easy with voice prompts. Well recommended. Only drawback is car park surface a bit bumpy so not good on trolley case wheels, but only a minor detail. I would definitely use again!

from the moment we entered the long stay car park, a staff member told us were to park up, we collected our luggage, walked over to the bus stop and boarded the bus immediately for the airport terminal.no problems at all, on our return we went to the pay kiosk to validate our car park ticket,hopped on the bus which was waiting and returned to the long stay car park,loaded up the car put the ticket in the slot to raise the barrier and set off home.

The staff were very freindly and helpful when we first got there even though it was 4.45 in the morning. The transfers to and from the airport were very efficient and waiting time kept to an absolute minimum. I think the cost could be more competitive but overall a good experience.

Generally very pleased with the entry and exit, both transfers went quick. Markings would be a benefit to customers and some people seem to take 2 spaces and leave unnecessary gaps. Car park is also littered by inconsiderate people. But all in all, will come again for the value.

The car park is well signposted and the guy at the barrier was very helpful. It's important to leave time for the bus journey as, if you just miss one it's a pretty long wait to the next one (20mins). On the way back the process was really easy and we were back in the car in no time at all!

Damage to my car, when i reported it the staff were less than impressive with they attitude, basically did not want to know and therefore i will not use the car park again. You have to learn from the bad to know what is good. Internet service was very good so can't fault gosimply.com

The service was exactly what was offered when booking the car park. Everything went smoothly and had very little time to wait for the shuttle bus both to and from the car park. We would definitely use simplyparking.co.uk again without a doubt. Thank you.

Very poor and very expensive. On return had to wait 40 min for coach transfer. Coach was over full. Then coach continued to pick up more passangers wanting to fly before returning passanges had left the bus. Our fragile hand baggage from the flight that was damaged in the coach trasfer. This was a peak time and two of your coaches where parked up not in use. Please reply to this email. I will also be sending a letter of complaint.

The carparking is adhoc to say the least. Cars are just left parked over two speaces etc. My car door was damaged on my return. I have used a number of carparks and this is the first time I have returned to find my car damaged. I won't be using this carpark again!!

It would have been useful to have a document on what procedures to follow when leaving and collecting the car. This is because you are already stressed about the flight, and than having to concentrate on what to do when leaving the car just added to the problems. Also on arriving, if you didn't take down any notes on leaving the car in the first place, you were lost on what process to follow when collecting the car. I didn't know which or where the carparks office was to get my ticket validated. However, next time, this will be much easier.

the sign for long stay car park was not to easy to see late at night as it was small and not illuminated;;ok in the daytime;;;;could have been missed if concentration should lapse for a while ;and if you missed one ;there was not a nother one for quite a while;thus causing anxiety for a moment;;

This is the third time we have used car park 7. On the whole I am very happy with it. The coach service to the terminal is prompt and well run. The parking surface could be improved and it would be more helpful to see an attendant around in case of any queries. One delaying factor when leaving the carpark is owners who are not aware they have to get their ticket approved when leaving the terminal building hold up traffic at the barrier as they have to speak to the attendants, there should be more/bigger posters around to inform people to go to the pay booth when they leave the terminal building to get their ticket sanctioned. However, on the whole we are very pleased with car park 7 and will continue to use it in the future.

Outbound journey went without a hitch but return journey was terrible. Waited in pouring rain with lots of other people for the bus which when arrived was packed to capcity to the extent that some had to get off because the doors would not close. Would probably prefer to pay more next time and park within walking distance.

I was very surprised at how easy it was to find the car park, to find a space and to hop on the courtesy bus. On my return, I was not sure where I had left my car (although the clear letters and different colours!) and the bus driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful, making sure my car would start OK when I eventually found it! Thank you for a superb service.

I booked long stay not realising that my friend usually booked medium stay (car park 2), so it was much further when you are used to the terminal being within walking distance. NB. Some medium stays do require you to catch the bus. We were glad that the terminal buses come frequently even when we arrived home at 10pm. But next time I'd pay the little extra just for convenience of stepping out of airport and straight to my car.

I could not fault the service but, travelling mid-week in March(and mid-day), I did not expect that there would be any delays. East Midlands airport is very convenient for where we live (South Lincolnshire)and, together with it's modest size, is perfect for our needs!
