I was very disappointed that there were no car parking staff to receive the car and return it. This is the first time that I have experienced this.

As we arrived in UK at 4am the simplicity and speed of transfer was welcomed. Helpfulness and cheerfulness at what can be a stressfull time, of drivers, man at kiosk and at the gate was much appreciated.

Very straightforward internet booking with e-invoice, good directions to the parking provided with the invoice, very simple to find space and park, transfers good (did not have to wait long to or from airport) and coach driver on way to airport clearly explained procedure for validating ticket on return which made it very simple to pickup the car. Distance between car park and airport not a problem as transfers were good. Only thing I would have liked to be improved was having to paddle to my car as the gravel it was parked on had retained a large pool of rainwater all around it!

Transfer drivers both friendly and helpful. Person in pay booth not quite so friendly. Not rude, but a little abrupt. Car wouldn't start when we got back to it after two weeks, flat battery and no service people available to help jump start it which was a little disappointing. Must be a reasonably common problem.

This car park was good value for money and I'd have no hesitation in using it again.

Very useful having car park at airport. Transfer buses were regular and staff were very helpful. Good value for money car park and will certainly use again.

All very easy with pleasant, helpful staff. However, I arrived at 0200 and was in Medium Term 3. The coach did not go there until I asked after all others had been dropped. I had mentioned to the drivers that I was in that park and subsequently discovered it was within easy walking distance of the terminal. I eventually got to my car one hour after my arrival. Not ideal at 0300 in the morning after a very long day.

Everything went perfectly, finding car park was spot on & transfer on coach spot on.

Very easy, no hassle. We flew out very early in the morning so all was quiet and returned mid afternoon and still there was no hassle. All round very good and efficient.

Long stay was great, got in and out well but I collected car and went to short stay to collect passengers and getting out of here was terrible.

The long stay 7 car park was easy to find, parking was straightforward and the transfer bus was waiting for us as we parked. Transfer to East Midlands airport took less than 10 minutes. The wait for the bus was approx 10 minutes on our return, so can't complain. There is a standard bus shelter which could be too small if there's a busload of people waiting if the weather is inclement, but wasn't a problem for us as we returned to sunshine.

Although it is one big car park, it is actually divided into two. This is very confusing when coming back to find your car. We were told to get off at the 3rd stop. However this should have been the third stop in the second section.

Very easy to book, easy to find and transfers well organised.

Although only just on Nottingham East Midlands Airport, however transfers were quite quick with plenty of bus stops within the Car Park.
