Stress Free Parking at East Midlands Airport

Call your chauffeur on the car park telephone number provided in your confirmation email when you are 30 minutes away from the airport, and they will be despatched to meet you outside Departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. Upon arrival at the airport, pull into the bays in Car Park C of short stay, collect a ticket from the barrier and hand it to the chauffeur, who will be waiting for you.

Ring your chauffeur on the car park telephone number provided in your confirmation email when you are waiting for your luggage, and they will meet you at the arranged pick up point with your vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: When you collect your vehicle upon returning from your holiday, there is a fee of £2.00 to exit the drop-off car park, which you are required to pay at the barrier. The maximum stay in this car park is 10 minutes. If you stay over 30 minutes in the drop-off car park, you will need to pay the airport's standard fee to exit.

The car park cannot accept minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if more than one space is booked.

Maximum vehicle height is 2.1m (7ft).

Specially-adapted vehicles for disabled drivers cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
