We arrived really early in the morning thinking that we would have to wait ages for a bus. We waited for two minutes and the bus came straight to us. We were very impressed that the bus lowered to make it easier for us to get our cases on. As my father is unwell I was particularly impressed with the help he offered to us with our cases. I have used other carparks linked to East Midlands Airport, but I will only be using East Midlands Long Stay Parking in the future and recommending you to all my friends and family. Thank you!

We were redirected to the medium stay car park and were therefore able to walk to the terminal. A very easy and pleasant experience.

The car park was easy to find, the directions were clear, it was easy to find a space and the transfers were very prompt, we have parked elsewhere and had to wait ages for the transfer. The only drawback was that we were not sure what we needed to do about getting the ticket validated. However there was a member of staff in the office and he informed us. Price was reasonable.

Was ok - much better than Purple Parking at Heathrow who are horrible.

We arrived at the terminal and found a space quite easily just as the bus was leaving, so no problems there. On our return, which was later than anticipated as we were diverted to Gatwick and bussed up to the airport, staff were very helpful and friendly and the bus driver had us all laughing - quite a feat in the circumstances. In all a very good professional service. We were thinking it would be a fair way from the airport having read your site before booking, but although we were in the long term park we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was.

Parking was good and close to airport. Transfers by coach were quick and did not have to wait long.

The car park was easy to find and on the airport. The coach drivers on both arrival and return were helpful and friendly. The transfer coaches were regular with no waiting.

The coach drivers were very hepfull with putting bags up on the racks and taking them off at the other end, they also made sure what we needed to do when we retuned from holiday with regards getting our tickets validated. Excellant service I shall definately use the service again.

As the airport traffic grows, so the old medium-stay has become more expensive, and this long-stay has come into prominence - not so handy, and the buses are a little on the small side. Not too clever when dropping off passengers returning to the carpark whilst also picking up passengers going to the terminal - they have to stand at the front and block the exit up - chaos! A bit expensive for what you get compared with years ago, but reasonable compared with other airports' parking.

Because of the congestion by the arrivals door it is better to go to departure door for some of your party with the luggage, while someone goes to validate parking ticket as if it rains you can all get wet in the chaos. Once at bus stop it's fine & staff really helpful.

Car Park was good in respect of closeness to airport. Transfer to Departuture was Excellent. Transfer back to our vehicle was equally excellent. Staff in the office upon our return were very friendly and helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending this service. Thank you on behalf of my wife and myself.

Having a disability and needing to park as close as possible to the departure area, it was really helpful to see on the web site that I could park in the short stay car park. This I did and it was excellent especially making a very early morning flight. Thanks again.

very impressed with simplecarparking has it was the only airport parking on the web that explained about disabled parking in the short stay carpark.have use east midlandsparking many times and have struggled as both my husband and i use sticks and crutches, which makes it very difficult to get on and off shuttle buses with cases and bags .this time it was a pleasure and so easy parking in short stay carpark straight across from departure it was very good value for money as it was the same price as parking in the long stay carpark

Booking online was easy and safe. Unlike some of the bigger airports parking was made easier because the park was so close to the terminal. It was also made more pleasant because of fine weather on both the outward and return journeys. It could be unpleasant dragging cases from drop off point to car in heavy rain.

The Long Stay car park is clearly signposted from the main airport entrance. Once you've parked your car remember to take note of the colour and letter code of that area, also the code of the bus stop where you catch the courtesy coach. Even though we returned in the early hours of the morning, everything went smoothly - the coach driver helped us with our luggage and made sure everyone knew which stop they needed. A hassle-free experience!

I was pleased with the service I received on the whole. As I was travelling alone, a bit of assistance with my heavy case on and off the transfer bus would have been appreciated on my outward journey. On arrival back the weather was apalling so the bus shelter did not offer much protection, especially as there were several passengers waiting. However, on the whole, the service was good and I would recommend it to any one using East Midlands Airport.

Booking over the internet was simplicity itself. Car park site was on the airport campus, which was very convenient and the free connecting bus service very frequent and highly efficient. I shall certainly use the service again and recommend it to my friends.

The drivers were helpful and friendly, however they didnt help us with our suitcases. One of the car parks was closed for repair. We didnt see any work taking place. I feel that the prices are too high, this was supposed to be a high-security car park, but we didnt see any security staff at all.

Very straightforward with bus ready and waiting at both arrival and departure.

We flew from East midlands airport, we found the parking excellent, the staff, from the bus driver, to the pay clerk in the office were so helpfull and friendly.Booked and paid online so saved money, and no need to find money on your return, never used this method before, always had a taxi, but will use again.
