The car park is right at the far side of the airport, but there are regular shuttles that take you to departures. There were plenty of spaces and the car park ticket system was very easy to use.

Excellent service, upon our arrival at the car park as the driver of the bus saw I was on the way to the stop she waited for us. She was also very helpful to clients who were returning from the airport and had boarded the bus by mistake

Pretty good all-around. Bus staff excellent (especially at 4.30 on a rainy morning! Difficult for first time users when there are no staff about. Having said that, we'd certainy use the facility again and would recommend it to others.

Very easy smooth transfer to the terminal. We were a bit unorganised and the bus arrived but assured us if we wanted to wait for the next bus it would be there in a few minutes - it was. We had no problems (even with 4 kids in tow!)

Need to remind people to allow enough time to find the long stay car park - as it is the furthest away and to then get to the terminal. Otherwise very straight forward and a good service.

Would be much simpler if the parking code you gave us for pre-payment could be keyed into a ticket machine to enable us to exit, rather than queue at an outside office at night in the rain.

After suffering a 2 hour delay we finally reached our car at midnight only to find that the battery had gone flat and the car wouldn't start. It was a freezing night and we walked to the office to ask for assistance. The office was locked, but we could see a car battery charger sitting on the desk ready for use. A little note on the door stated to contact staff by pressing a buzzer. After informing staff of our predicament we were told that another member of staff was on his break, and he could not leave the office to come and help us for at least 40 minutes!!! - Where was the security to our personal safety?! We had to call out the AA and wait. I will never use them again, I could have been a lone female in the car.

People seemed to appreciate that you are a bit groggy having arrived on an early flight. For CP 7, it would be helpful to be warned NOT to enter the main airport turn off but use the turn off to the west, near CP 7 itself.

Quick and easy way to leave your car. Quick transfers to and from the airport. The car park itself is not fully tarmaced so few puddles and potholes to avoid, but on the whole i would definately recommend parking your car here.

I may have missed a bit of paper but as this was the first time i had used this service i was unsure how i would exit the car park. i must point out that all of the staff i met on the busses and at the information desk were the best i have experienced at any airport and should be coongratulated on thier fantastic customer service. This comes form a director of a company in a big service industry. WELL DONE

CP7 is miles away from the terminal and the coach goes to every car park on the way hence it took us 20 minutes to get to the terminal. Our arrival time just happened to coincide with the bus driver change over which wasn't slick and that added another 10 minutes on to our T/F time. We eneded up just getting our flight, luckly we'd done on line check-in.

I understand from a frequent user that the price I paid was quite expensive to what she was used to. Otherwise the experience was very good with the exception of trying to find the pick up point for the reverse trip from Airport to the car park.

The transfer staff parked a bus in the exit area of the car park while taking a smoke break stoppinganybody from exiting the car park when asked to move it all 12 cars where told to go round this meant going through a no entry sign a really disgusting show of arrogance.

Travelling on my own, arriving back after midnight - this was a really straight forward, efficient service and good value for money. So much easier than struggling for a taxi home.

We did not appreciate that there were different coloured areas within each letter. Arriving at the car park area whilest it was still dark all we recognised was the letter 'H' consequently when coming back to the car park after our trip we got off the bus at red 'H' and not blue 'H' which it fact was where we had left the car. A minor problem soon sorted but something that maybe first time users need to be aware of.

Normally fly from Leeds Bradford so this was a change for us. Everything explained on our booking sheet,so parking was simple. Amazed how much parking space there was for a small airport!

I had no problem with the whole situation. The only area for improvement would be that on your return you have to validate your ticket, which you need your ref. no also. The paperwork was a bit too big to keep safe for the total length of the trip.

The car park was easy to find and we only had to wait a minute for a transfer to and from the terminal, the drivers on the bus were very friendly. The only slightly negative comment I would make is that when you return you are told to go to the MAAS Customer Services Office, and this is not clearly sign posted.

Cheap, did not have to get anyone to take and fetch us and as we parked the car a bus was waiting, also on return. Buses were not overfull, which was great.

I use airport car parks on a very frequent basis, and my personal feeling as this is budget and not hassle free, whilst on-site description is stretching imagination somewhat. Would I recommend to a friend? No Would I use again? only as last resort.
