Mostly good, and will use again . Just one complaint: on return - late at night (11.00 p.m.) because the transfer coach was so full, I was the only pax left on the pavement (single woman) at the terminal to await another bus. I must say the driver maybe couldn't even have seen me through the people on the boarding platform (though he didn't check to see if everyone had got on either) - the fault was mainly with the other passengers who never even made an attempt to get that one last person in the queue, on their own, aboard. It said standing room for 18 - and there were only about 10 standing - those aboard just didn't even look to see who was left on the pavement: if everyone had moved up a bit I could have got on . I wasn't impressed. It was dark, wet, late, I was tired and on my own. The drivers generally were really helpful though, with luggage etc, and I didn't have to wait very long for the next one.

the fact that the busdriver was very helpful explaining the procedure for our return flight and pickup/payment ect.and the transfer bus was ready and waiting for pickups there was no delays,we were very satisfied and will definetley use the service on our next trip.

Very efficient transfer service, friendly, helpful drivers. Having prebooked, we were not keen on queuing outside the kiosk on return to have ticket validated. Also had to queue to exit at car park barrier as a driver ahead did not seem to understand what to do, holding everyone up. No one to assist. Would use again, as good as any other long stay we have used at other airports.

Getting there and parking no problem. The coach driver was great and very funny which put you in the right mood for your flight. The only down side was the coming back as it was 1.45am when I arrived back and found that having to walk down a long line of cars was a bit daunting especially when you were the only one who got off at that coach stop. It would be much better if you had a female only car spaces close to security, you could check if the female should be parking there as they would have a suitcase etc (if they don't have one then they have dropped someone off with thier cases and are trying to get better parking for the flight back)

Parked on site at the airport - for a much cheaper price than if I'd have parked there normally. Information sent very helpful - I'm disabled and wasn't aware that I could park in the short stay car park, straight opposite the terminal. This made life a lot eaier for me, but it was information i would have been unaware of if I hadn't pre-booked and received the information from simply parking

I was worried to leave my car as the uneven (large hard core like gravel) ground could easily have flown up and hit my car inadvertently as other cars passed. Due to no marked out spaces a lot of people had parked badly taking the space of two cars. Although this turned out not to be a problem in the long run, I was still concerned and expected to come back to damage. It was expensive for a weeks parking, but all the local car parks charge around the same price (give or take a few pence). Would opt for a hotel with parking next time.

There's nothing complicated about this service and the bus drivers do have personalities and are very helpful without prompting. Excellent value for money.

Easy booking, accurate map and directions, helpful staff. I had never used East Midlands before, but both the parking and airport were impressive. I will make it a first choice now.

We got upgraded to medium stay car park which was great as it was really close to the terminal and the bus came immediately.

We had a problem with somebody who could not get out, there was no one to sort it out resulting in a long queue as bus driver helped.

On arrival we were upgraded to medium term parking - this was within easy walking distance of terminal - didn't need coach transfer. Everything well signposted, easy to use. Will definitely use again. Hassle free!

As airport car parking goes this one was well run but the shelters could be bigger! We could hardly get out of the wind and rain which were extreme because it was so small.

Car park pay booth man on airport needs some training in customer relations. Car park was a good way from airport (on airport parking???). Car parked a long way off from the pick up and drop off point. Transportation to and from the car park was very overcrowded. In all, I will certainly be looking for other alternatives for my car parking in future. Rating for your car parking 2/10.

When we arrived at long stay there was a big notice board at the entrance saying it was full and we had been upgraded to medium stay which was very near terminal and within walking distance, which was great for us as we have children. This has happened to us two years in a row so we have no complaints.

Very good, staff were very helpful and cheerful on outward and inbound journey, would definitely use it again.

Delays were caused on return by lack of a piece of paper that the car park staff claimed should have been posted to me but which wasn't, despite my having the reference number with me. Other than that, good value parking, with no wait at all for transfers to and from the terminal and the usual chirpy driver!

In addition to the above, I had a bit of a drama when I left a document bag at the back of the bus when we returned. Not only was my police warrant card inside but also a digital camera. Prompt action by one of your staff manning the kiosk retrieved everything within minutes. Thanks!!

The night befor we were due to travel we had a double puncture in the car we were booked in with, it was no problem to change all the details on to another car. Everything worked like clockwork, adding to the enjoyment of the holiday, thank you.

Arrived 4.30am, good directions, easy to find a place, coach waiting for transfer to terminal. Driver helped with luggage, explained routine for return. Very smooth operation. Same on return.

Can't recommend it highly enough. Very easy to find, everything clearly marked and signposted. Their website suggests that the car park is a long way from the airport - not so. We'd use this car park again, no question.
