once you get parked up its plain sailing ,buses are regular pull up straight outside airport and same on return can not praise them enough .

Clearly signposted, easy to get into with the number plate recognition. Car park very full. When that busy would be useful if staff could have been available to direct vehicles to vacant parking spots as it took some time to find a space. Well lit so despite arriving in the early hours you don't feel vulnerable. Buses were timely and quick with helpful drivers. Cost worked out about £5.00 per day - not too bad.

My husband is walking disabled, so it was extremely difficult to walk with him to and from the bus stop, whilst managing a suitcase and a small case to go in the cabin. There didn't seem to be any trolleys for me to put our bags onto for me to push whilst my husband held on to the side. There was no assistance from anyone on the bus, whilst I got my husband and our luggage onto and stored on the bus. Passengers did not enable my husband to use the seats at the front of the bus. I probably didn't understand the service we were going to receive at this type of car park, so this is possibly my fault, however I would never use this type of service again.

I did think that the directions from the M1 did not need to take me through the airport environs and I avoided that on the way out

Everything worked well and was quite convenient. The only bad feature was the surly and unhelpful shuttle bus driver on the return trip.

I would use this car park again as the car was just how I left it with no bumps not like some other parks I have used£59 for a week a bit expensive but car was looked after Thanks

ANPR doesn't work at all! All the cars in the queue to get out had to call the office to be let out. Very lucky that I had printed off my receipt with booking number on. This just doesn't work.
