Coaches to and from airport terminal regular and their drivers are efficient. No staff at car park, it's self-service. Park your own car, carry your own luggage across car park - it's big - activate your own ticket or you won't get out, even if you've paid in advance. Sounds obvious, but make a note of where you park your car so you can find it on your return, something that's easily forgotten when you have an eye on the time and a plane to catch. I had my moment of confusion but one lady and her baby were in obvious distress, so I wasn't the only numpty about that day... bus driver was doing his best for her, but she'd parked it, so only she really knew where to find it. There are notices, so find them and read them. To be fair, it is all you really need, but I've paid as much for more.

Excellent service from booking, dropping and returning to car park. Bus picked us up as soon as we had got our cases out of car and only had to wait about 5 minutes when we returned. Would use again and again.

When arriving at car park 7 it was a quick and easy process getting ticket and parking the car, the only problem was the distance from the parking area to the collection point, no fun when it's pouring with rain, not helped when there are a large number of people also waiting for the coach who took all the available space under the cover leaving a few soddened morsels out in the cold rain. On our return the only problem was the long wait for the coach, not good when you have just returned from a warm climate and it is perishing cold

This was the best car parking experience we have had. Everything was simple and straightforward from booking to parking and returning. Transfers were prompt and the driver friendly.

Lots of buses so no waiting. Rather confusing getting from Kiosk to pick up point. the white bus waiting did not have car park 7 on it like the blue ones. Kiosk very quick and efficient.

Your drivers are much more customer friendly than for instance those at Standsted. Travel is a stressful business and some of us have quite a battle getting to the airports on time, with the roads so busy, so a friendly helpful attitude makes a huge difference.

Parking and retuning to my car was easy and hassle free. The retun instructions could be better for customers booking on line and pre-paying. They told me to go to the office to have my parking ticket validated but all I needed to do was go straight to the barrier and give my reference number and name

A taxi from home and back would cost £60, I paid £44 for my 7 days. All staff met were polite and helpful. A bus was awaiting on our return journey and went with just overselves aboard and stopped off at the end of our row. Will tell anyone flighting from EMA to use this service.

We have never used car park 7 until this trip and found it to be some distance away from the terminal building - but ABSOLUTELY not a problem. The office staff and transfer drivers were very helpful and polite and even very late at night they were pleasant and cheerful. Our bus driver reassured two passengers that he would come back for them in 7 minutes as the bus was full. He radioed base to say he had to go back for these 2 people and was more than helpful bearing in mind it was 1 o'clock in the morning!!! We will certainly use you again in October 2007. Many thanks

All in all a great experience. However it was very caotic at the airport due I feel because of the driver. At the airport drop off, the driver should instruct all passengers who wish to board, to wait until every other passenger has got off. Myself and my wife struggled with suitcases as other people were trying to push passed us with theirs. It would have been so easy for him to stand by the door and just say wait a moment please whilst passengers disembark.

Parked up no problems. Staff not very helpful, no-one there to greet so i parked up in a space. I then got told to move it to the other side of the car park! Buses run every 20 mins so leave plenty of time to get to the airport - it takes aboyt 15 mins to get to check-in. On my return there are no signs to find the courtesy bus - i had to ask twice! The exit from the car park is very strange. You have a card from the machine when you enter and there are signs everwhere to pay before your leave or visit the kiosk if you have paid online. I went in the kiosk to ask what to do and they told me just to exit. When i drove to the barrier i pressed the button and they asked for my reference number, make sure you have this to hand or the traffic soon builds up behind you! It took about 5 mins to get this sorted as the attendant couldn't find my reference! They same happend to a family infrom of me! - not what you want after a long flight!

There was no spaces left in the car park so in the end we had to park on the side of the road.We payed for parking we did not get.The bus driver was so rude that my husband ended up arguing with him. The maas desk was very nice though and very helpful.

The driver that collected us in the early hours of the morning was very helpful and guided us to where we needed to be and virtualy dropped us at the service desk building. I then found I had a flat tyre but another member of staff came out and pumped air in to the flat tyre and would'nt except a tip from me as he said it was all part of his job. FANTASTIC.

Did not appreciate how far parking 7 was from terminal based on previous parking in 2-4 which are 2 minute walk. But transfer seemed to work and I did not miss my flight - although I was sweating a little on outbound having not been aware of location

The car park we were told to go to was full and therefore we were upgraded to a different one which was great, however we had to drive all the way to the orignial carpark fisrt before a note on the machine told us to come all the way back to a carpark we had already driven past 10 minutes previously.

Finding a space was extremely stressful experience - we were two cars. I found one space after 15-20mins and we could not find a spot for the other car. In the end we had to ask the bus driver what to do and he sent us to the office where my Mum was finally able to leave her keys and get her car parked for her. We then had to wait almost 20minutes for the next bus (it arrived but then sat there for ages). This was very stressful as we went from arriving with loads of spare time (an hour before stated check in close) to feeling that we were pushing our luck and checked in only 10 minutes before check in closed. On this experience I would not use car park 7 again and would actively recommend that others do not use it. This is a real shame as the people were great.

When we arrived at East Midlands airport and were directed by the signs to the spaces, there was literally not one space to be found. We had to abandon the car on the end of a row in order not to miss our flight. The coach luckily dropped off some returning passengers and a space was made available, my husband ran to the abandonded car to move it into the space provided just before the coach turned round to pick us up. If we had missed this coach due to my husband not returning in time, we may have missed the flight. It was almost a choice of missing the flight or leaving the car in a vulnerable position.

We waited over fifteen minutes for the transfer and when we spoke to someone via the intercom he was very rude and told us to get back in our car and go to another car park. He spoke to us in a manner that myself and my partner found quite unacceptable. We said we would be late for our check in and he said that wasn't his problem. If we had booked car park 7 then there should of been adequate space in car park 7 and if there wasn't then we should have been told when we got to the car park.

One of the best parking we have used easy to find bus waiting to take us stright to the airport,On our return again bus waiting ask driver about geting car out as we had payed in advance could not be easier firts class service will use again cheers Alan Pickering

the weather was dry on the day but even so there was some muddy patches where we needed to walk and it not suitcase wheel friendly.The signage is not clear to the location of the transfer pick up point when you exit the terminal.The transfers are short which is a pleasant change.
