This was my first time leaving my car at East Midlands airport and using your service was easy and I will, when I need to, use long stay rather than taxis to and from airport.

Car park was secure, and the staff were very helpful. However, transfers to the airport were only every 20 minutes. The parking surface was very dusty and so when we returned to our car it was filthy! Also for four days parking, I thought it was quite expensive. I have parked at another airport for 2 weeks for just £10 more.

Overall very good.

Easy to find, coach transfers first class but insufficient room for cases.

The long stay car park at East Midlands was easy to find and when we had parked up a coach came within a minute or two to take us to the terminal. The coach driver helped with the luggage. On our return we handed over our internet voucher and our ticket was validated. Once again, a coach came straight away - the driver this time wasn't able to help and the coach was really full. The car park was well lit and it was easy to find the car, we put the ticket in the machine and off we went - no problems at all, really all very easy.

Car Park Long Stay 7 was approx 5 minutes from the teminals. Service was prompt and staff helpful. Cost was reasonable and hence offered value for money. A possible issue is that one is exposed to the elements if the weather is bad. This is not such a problem with the type of car park (usually off-site) where you leave and collect the car at a reception area.

Definitely use this service again. The transfer staff and ticket desk staff very helpful, thanks to them.

We arrived at the airport, followed the signs for carpark 7, parked the car, we were walking towards one of the bus stops when the bus came he stopped for us, very pleasent driver who explained what we had to do on our return, dropped us right outside depatures, there were even trolleys there waiting!! On our return gave the ticket to the customer service desk he stamped it, waited less than 10 mins for the bus then collected the car. Could not have been easier 10 out of 10!

At first we thought it was a little way out but the bus service was very efficient and no problem whatsoever. When returning the rain was pouring down and the bus driver was most helpful to us and made the whole parking on long stay most acceptable.

I found the service simple and safe with a resonable price for the service when booked on line. More expensive when booking by phone though.

Whole process at East Midlands Long Stay Parking was very easy & relatively stress free. Would use the facility again and am happy to recommend.

Pickup to/from car was very swift and friendly, if a little crowded on return as I had to stand.

Very easy, if a little far from the main building. Staff were very helpfull as I had lost my parking ticket, but I did have my booking number and they sorted it for me, we had a long delay incoming and it was nice to see a friendly face, many thanks.

We did have to wait quite a while for the transfer bus as first bus full and didn't know how long we would be there for. It was dark when we arrived back from the flight and hoped the car would start after a week and were worried as couldn't see any payphones anywhere to call for help, but fortunately, it started first time.

The car park is easy to find, although a bit further from the airport than I first imagined (about 10 minutes drive. It is up to you to find a good space and I couldn't find one in a tarmaced area. The bit I parked on was very gravelly and dusty, but there are lots of bus stops as different points around the carpark, so you don't have to walk far with heavy luggage. The buses were very frequent, I didn't have to wait more than 10 mins and the driver was very helpful, reminding us what stop we got on at and where we had to validate the ticket on our return. On my return, things couldn't have been simplier, the staff were very helpful and efficient and I was dropped off right beside my car!

The car park was easy to find and the transfers to East Midlands Airport were swift. Coach drivers were helpful and professional. A good experience overall.

Hassle free, not too far from terminal, frequent and quick transfers. Pleasant experience all round with both drivers helpful (to & from East Midlands airport).
