Our experience with other parking providers has been that our vehicle was returned to a central pick-up point prior to our arrival. Our vehicle here was parked in a poorly light part of the car park on an untarmaced surface. As there had been copious quantaties of rain during our absence, this area was extremely muddy when we got to collect our vehicle. Having said this, I would still use the carpark again as the pros definately outway the cons.

Directions to parking easy to follow, booking in was simple and efficient. Although a transfer coach pulled away as I was booking in the waiting time between transfers was just a few minutes. When colecting the car I was on my way in less than five minutes from the transfer caoch arriving at the park. Great sevice.

Although you give good directions to the carpark, it might be worth putting a note that using GPS (I used tomtom), the postcode directs drivers to the wrong side of donnington park, where there are no signs telling how to get to the correct entrance of the park.

Our luggage was almost the last off the carousel in the terminal and so we were late getting to the pick up point (quite a walk as E.Mids. airport building work has forced Airparks to move their arrivals pick-up point to the airport departures entrance). By the time we had walked to the pick-up point, the bus had left and so we had to wait for 20 mins. in the cold and wet. This was NOT Airparks fault but still jolly uncomfortable! We huddled in a bus shelter nearby until the next bus arrived. Overall, good service from Airparks but perhaps an "off-peak" pick up on demand service would have been nice as there were a few of us waiting. I would use Airparks again.

As soon as we got there we were taken straight to the airport, so we didn't have to stand about in the wet and cold. Also we missed our flight home so we were on a later flight; when we called to explain the staff were brilliant about it. I would use them again and have suggested to my friends and family that they use them too. Thank you.

When I returned from my holiday my car battery was flat. The park staff took thier power pack to my car, started it and brought it to the shelter where we were waiting with our cases. The staff were both curtious very helpfull. I would not hesitate in choosing Airparks again in th future

Airparks East midlands is easy to find at the entrance to Donnington Park Racetrack. Reception is easy and they park the car for you. Bus transfer is regular and takes no more than ten minutes. Easy access to M1 or Nottingham. Also side roads can be used get over to A46

For one week's parking we found it more cost effective than getting a taxi. You must allow extra time for administration and transfer to and from the terminal. Service is quite frequent but you might be unlucky and just miss a bus or have to wait in the open at airport in inclement weather

in as much as parking is a pleasure this was. no searching for car on return, very easy to find, to book in and get bus. upon return bus was actually at busstop no waiting. I then collected keys whilst my husband unloaded cases from bus and we were on our way in about 10 mins max from getting off the bus.

From the moment I arrived,through to booking in my car departing for the airport and my return(After 10pm)and collecting my car I have only one statement to make "Would you chose them again"Answer Most certainly and would recomend them to any one asking"

We have used airparks twice now and would recommend (and have already to friends/family) the service to anyone. I would definatley use the service again. A number of people are concerned about using off airport parking because of concerns re security and the relabilty of the bus shuttle service. We however, have many positive things to say about Airparks. The only disadvantage is the lighting is poor in some areas of the car park - which can prove a problem in the dark!!

Arriving and departing in the dark is not helped by poor or non-existant lighting (especially when trying to find your car on return). It was noticeable that the driver made no attempt to help some elderly ladies struggling to remove their suitcases from the bus.

I have used this parking facility on several occasions now, it is very convenient, easy to find and the staff, coach driver especially, afford you a warm friendly welcome. The service is efficient, facilities are good and is reasonable value for money. i will be parking with you again in January.

12.00 at night it was quite worrying to be told we were trying to board the wrong bus (the last bus of the day), the driver had not checked all the people on board . we are very upset that we could have been left having to get a taxi & we are not impressed by the service

Very efficient and friendly staff. Directions very simple, arrived booked in easily. Bus transfer to airport was very quick. I guess it also depends on the time of day. I expect during peck times it may be busier then when i was there but never the less would definately use their service again.

I was running late due to breakdown. Rang in and your staff were brilliant in offering sound sensible advice and dealt with all my concerns. even down to finding me contact numbers for the airline, checking closure times at the check in,and helping me through what could have been a very stressfull situation. top marks to all

Some distance from the airport. Allow time to get to car park. Dropping off the car was efficient and strait forward. Car was ready when we returned. No worries about car not starting. Only downside was no shelter while waiting to be picked up at the airport.

Having arrived early in the morning to book in for our flight I was extremely disappointed to have to wait in the cold morning for 30 minutes while the one transfer coach took one trip to the airport and then came back for us. Both the trips were full and the conditions on the coach were cramped. There were two other coachs parked up unused. Not very good service, it was very cold, fortunately it was not raining, but I was far from happy at the long wait for transfer. The other issue I was unhappy about was that on our return I was first into the reception to pick up the car keys and I was asked to wait until the end of the queue because I did not have my key receipt, I had had my wallet stolen in Rome and the receipt was inside. The reason given was that the receptionist would have to change computer screens. That was not an issue no one else was in the queue depositing keys only collecting them. I was a customer collecting my car, I was first in line and should have been served firt, it only took the receptionist a few seconds to identify my details and give me my keys so to wait to be last was unaceptable. I have always used this carpark on the Race track outskirts, it will however be my last time. Do with this review as you wish, I doubt if I will hear from you again anyway. Stuart Milner

it was very easy to book, and the whole system works beautifully. This is the first time we have used an airpark in conjunction with a night flight, so I am unable to say whether it was just this carpark that was badly lit or it is general. But otherwise it was a painless experience and one we would do again. Thank you.

Obviously building work was taking place, but all the passengers were wandering up and down looking where should be.I do think a parking'rep'could have been at the usual pick up point, to point people in the right direction. It was dark and with luggage and small children it was quite daunting.
