We have always used East Midlands Airparks. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we have always been taken to the airport quickly and efficiently likewise when we have returned from holiday. We feel it is quite expensive if paying the full price but sometimes manage to take advantage of offers. We wouldn't go anywhere else, such as a hotel or on the airport site, as we feel happy that our car is left secure and safe.

The service was pretty good, and the directions were reasonably good to EMA Airparks. This may be nitpicking since I was first in the queue for the bus when I landed back from my trip, but it seemed ages before the coach arrived, and we seemed to wait a long time for the passengers expected for that 'run'. I guess that's maybe because I was eager to be on my way. Other than that, the service was very good.

Overall very good. Simple & straightforward. Buses convenient both to and from airport. Recommended.

This is not the first time I have used East Midlands Airparks and it definitely will not be the last. Good price and quick transfer.

Worked really well for us. Lovely staff and quick transfer providing no functions happening at Donnington park! In summary really good value for money - would recomend parking facilities, very smooth and efficient.

This is the first time that we have ever left our car at the airport and we felt that it was an excellent value for money service and would certainly use it again.

In a nutshell, East Midlands Airparks fufilled it's main purpose of securing my car whilst I was away, the staff were friendly and the transfers to and from the airport were periodically so there was no long delay at bus stops. Will use this service again.

A `favourite` on my computer and so handy to use. I am surprised though at the amount of people that still have not come across Simplyparking.co.uk!

Very fast service - made my holiday go great and will be using Airparks for East midlands again.

Service just right. Incident with key receipt for return. The telephone No. to ring on landing was blacked ou t- so we all thought at the carousel. So no-one rang to be collected for 15 mins until someone discovered that these receipts were prints off the highlighted original. When the pickup arrived some half hour later we were all cold and wet - I think many people have complained about this. The phone number could be enclosed in a heavy rectangle rather than a line straight through - Could Airparks negotiate a simple shelter at their pickup point? It left us feeling more than annoyed. However we shall continure to use them. I'm sure the problem by now has been sorted.

East Midlands Airparks was easy to find with the online directions. We booked in and the car was parked straight away. We had a short wait for the bus and were taken to the airport. On arrival back there was a bus already waiting so it didn't take long before we were back and collecting our car. A good service all round.

Large puddles when raining and waiting for collection and no cover at airport to wait if needed. Drivers were happy and very helpful.

I would use it again despite the inconvenience. But the bus service should meet incoming flights with greater flexibilty if flight is early, as was the case with mine.

This is probably as good as it gets. We have used off-airport car parks at Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham and Luton - this was probably the most efficient.

I would use this service again and would recommend it to others.

Return from holiday was best - bus arrived as soon as we got out of the terminal and left straight away. Less than 10 minutes later we had arrived, picked up the car keys, loaded the bags and was on the way home - just what you want when returning from holiday - everything to run like clockwork.

Easy to find, staff friendly and prompt pick up when returning.
