Used East Midlands Airparks Oct 2006 for 8 days secure parking..Booked directly via internet cheapest price available £23,Excellent value.Very quickly dealt with upon arrival at reception,Bus was waiting so no delay although was very crowded and not enough room to adequately stow everyones suitcases in alloted area.Return was ok too,presume we had just missed bus back to parking area as we had to wait 20 mins at pick up point.Again bus crowded and more luggage than could be accomodated. Overall very pleased with price and ease of use.

The facilities were excellent - very easy to find and the staff very helpful. Coming back we arrived in the UK after 12.00 midnight and expected to have to phone for the transfer and then wait some time in the cold and damp for it to arrive. We were very pleased and surprised to find the transfer coach already waiting for us. It probably added only a further 25 minutes to our departure time and for the money we saved on what it would have cost for a premium car parking spot at the Airport terminal it was very well worth the money. We would definitely use the parking again in the future and have recommended it to our friends who are travelling abroad soon.

It's a slightly frosty atmosphere at the car-park (no warm "Welcome" laid out, staff overall a bit distant and unfriendly, environs somewhat run-down), but I can't fault the practical level of service, and everything ran very smoothly). A smile or two would go a long way from the staff.

Thank you for this opportunity to express my feelings/views on your service, on the whole it was good on arrival, we were dealt with very efficiently although there was not a smile in sight. Unfortunatly on returning from a 5 day break our car had broken down and your staff kindly tried to start the battery for us, which was futile as the alternator had packed in, but the staff were very nice and helpful. As I didn't have the number for the AA I asked in the office if they had a contact number for them, to which they said they hadn't. Whilst I realise that it is not your responsibility to contact or even have the information availble it would have been a great help to me and anyone else I am sure if the general numbers of breakdown companies were availble in the office for any eventuality. . The staff who dealt with me were very uncooperative and we felt that customer service had a lot to be desired.In the end I finally called a member of my family to find the number, and eventually we were relayed home. We have used your facility on a couple of occasions and have been satisfied with the service but it was just a matter of booking in and booking out with no problems. I just felt on this occasion that we could have been dealt with a liitle more understanding. It could have been them in a similar situation. Thank you for your time

Maybe Airparks could consider giving seating priority to people travelling with small children on the transfer bus? Lots of people rushed past us when the transfer bus arrived. It was cold and early hours of the morning. If we didn't stand on the bus with the children we would have to have waited another 20 minutes for the next bus. Even though it's only a short journey it's more difficult to hold your balance when carrying an infant.

Dumped at arrivals on the way to holiday no help with luggage, there where old lady with zimmer frame they never helped her at all, the customers got her and her husbands luggage off the bus disagreeable driver the staff was rude and lazy NO I will not be using them again at all and warning friends about them.

I shall certainly be using this service next time I fly. May I just add how pleasant and helpful the lady driver of the courtesy coach was on both the outward and inward journey. It is such a pleasure to be able to praise your service and not have to complain about poor service as is so much the case these days. Well done! Beverley Hunt

Very efficient service. Only a short distance further than long stay carpark at half the cost. Minimal time spent booking in and collecting car - all paperwork was complete. No distance to walk to bus. Friendly driver who actually helped with the cases. Drop off was close to the terminal. Lighting in car park could be improved and location of car made clearer. Would certainly use again.

We have used Airparks at EMA several times previously, and always found them to give acceptable service. This time we were lucky with the bus transfers as they were ready and waiting, but we have never waited very long for a bus. The outward bus driver was particularly friendly and cheerful.

The travel agent had changed the flight at the last minute, i forgot to advise the car park so it took a little longer getting booked in, otherwise no problem. Would use same car park again. Perhaps some better lighting on the exit route at night would help.

It would be helpful if there were shelters at the airport end of the journey whilst waiting for the coach to pick up for the return journey. I appreciate that this is not Airparks responsibility, but if representations were made to the Airport Authority then maybe this could be resolved

Arrived from Italy to find that we had parked in the MAAS carpark so we had to pay £50.00 to get out of the car park. Rang your company to see if I could be reimbursed in any way but to no avail. I am sure quite a few people have made the same error as I have, I was not aware that there was more than one airport carpark at Nottingham East Midlands so when booking on the internet I think a map of the site would be beneficial as well as written directions. This was not my first time travelling from Nottingham East Midlands so the fact that I chose the right website to the right car park the first time was due to luck rather than judgement.

All in all I would the service provided by recommend Airparks. It was easy to book over the Internet, was good value and was quick and efficient. The bus took us to where we needed to be without fuss. The only thing missing was a smile from some of the staff but that is a minor point. One other problem we had was finding Airparks. We came from the M42 but all the directions assumed we would be coming from the M1. Due to poor signs on the road we took a wrong turning which meant we had a 15 minute detour. Airparks could help by giving better directions.

I booked online and expected that I would turn up and they would be ready for me.However,they said that they had not received the booking yet and we therefore had to go through the whole booking procedure,this meant that we missed the bus to the airport and had to take a later one.Please sort this!

On return a clearer sign to the Airparks bus stop would be advantageous as we turned right and followed the sign to car park coaches, then had to walk all the way back with our cases across the car park to the Airparks bus stop which is situated by the National Coaches stops just to the left as you leave the airport building. Bus stop sign is also not very large to be seen past the N.coaches and people queuing.

on our arrival 16.30 we had to wait 55 minutes for coach i appreciate it race day at castle donnington but you must know this well in advance. this put a journey time home of 3hours and 39 minutes which would normally take 1hour and 20minutes we will not be booking again ! very dissapointed this time usually excellent service.

The staff were fantastic, from the very pleasant lady who booked my car in, to the chatty happy man who transferred me back to my car. I can only think this is a good place to work. I have meant to write and thank the staff for such good service so I appreciated you sending this message to remind me. Very good service which I would not fail to recommend. It is the first time I have used this airport and your service would certainly influence me to do so again.

We have used airparks at east midlands many times over the last few years & have always been very happy with the service they provide. The bus link is very reliable & we have never had to wait more than 10 mins for one. Our car is always ready waiting for us on our return & the staff are very efficient. Keep up the good work.

I would definately use this service again, it was excellent. The only draw back of the whole experience is that there was no shelter whilst waiting to be picked up, which wasn't a problem for us but if it had been raining then it wouldn't have been too pleasant. Over all this was a great sevice.
