Cheaper than main airport. Transfer to airport was great, did have to wait a while for return. When I got in the car the carpet & door well had been dirtied by the guy who moved my car & was left to dry. I had to clean it when I got back & the carpet which was dirty.

We use Airparks whenever we fly from East Midlands. Its close to the airport and easy to book on-line. Transfers are quick with minimum fuss at book-in and check out. Car is accessed very easily on return.

There hardly seems any waiting time for the bus, I expect times co-incide with arrivals.

No problems at all with easy drop off of car and transfers to and from the airport.

The car park facilities were fine and well organised. Added a fair period of time to our journey. Overall good value for money if not in a rush.

This car park is affordable, secure and operates a fast service.

We were held up on return - see cons - not Airparks fault maybe service should be all prebooked.

I only had one complaint - when we arrived back at the car park it was raining very heavy and the shelter wasn't sufficient to give cover while the car was being fetched. Otherwise, I have no other complaints and I shall definitely use you again. Many Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and still very professional, even though it was very early in the morning. The parking lot was very nice and well looked after. I will use the same services whenever I will be leaving from EMA.

Very easy check in, swift departure to airport at a realistic price.

When one collects luggage, it should be called for in a more orderly fashion.

We used this car park in August, weather was fine, however I did note there only seemed to be a gazebo for people to wait in, if the weather had been cold I don't think this would of been sufficient, also the toilets could do with updating. Staff were very pleasant and polite.

Our parking experience at Nottingham East Midlands Airpark was dealt with efficiently. The staff could not have been more helpful and we left our car in no doubt that it was in safe hands. I had overpaid by one day which was very kindly pointed out by the staff and within a few minutes had this refunded without fuss by the call centre staff. On our return from holiday, we were not kept waiting, our car was within easy collection distance and we were on our way home within a few minutes of arriving at the airpark. We would certainly use this car parking service again and would highly recommend its use to all our friends.

Perfectly good parking for the money as long as you're organised enough to allow for the transfer to the airport.

Just what I was looking for, an affordable and reliably safe place to leave the car whilst I was away, with the minimum fuss for dropping it off and picking it up. Will definitely use it again.

Perhaps better signage to the car park. Staff excellent.

Directions to site were clear to understand, booking in was very quick and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Will be using them again!

Drove into Airparks, left car just outside reception building after unloading luggage. Go to reception, receive paperwork and leave car where it is, putting key in box provided. Staff park car for you. Load luggage onto coach, which stops next to cars. Coach drops you at side of terminal building, no need to negotiate car park and roads with luggage. On return, coach collects you at drop off point just outside terminal and takes you back to Airparks site and drops you off at covered area with luggage. Take paperwork into reception & receive car key with car location. Drive car back to covered drop off area, load luggage & family & return home. Security seems tight, good, high fencing, plenty of floodlighting and CCTV cameras. Will definitely use them again, thoroughly recommended.

This was our first experience of AirParks at East Midlands having previously used the long term car park. We were impressed by the very quick turn round time at both ends of the holiday. Their system is simple and easy to use, and as the bus driver knew the numbers he needed to take, pick up on our return journey (late at night) there was no hanging around waiting for the bus to come. All in all, a very good service which we will use again.

I found the parking efficient. Being unable to walk far & unable to stand for long periods, I found this method of parking most beneficial. I did not have to walk far & there was no standing around at bus stops for long periods.
