When we have used this company before your car was brought to a holding slot on your return. This time we had to haul our luggage along a muddy track, where our car was parked in water. Not ideal for my wife who walks with 2 walking sticks.

Good signage, easily accessible from main road, good service from staff who were very friendly. We will use their faculties again.

Good experience, on collection my car was as I had left it (mileage and no marks etc) and the transfers were quick, less than 10 minute coach ride to the terminal. I would leave my car here in preference to an unsecure car park closer to the airport for peace of mind.

Transfer coach dropped us and luggage at least 150 yards from departures, in the dark with no effort to even point us in the right direction, Upon return again in the dark we found our car on muddy grass.

I arrived at East Midlands Airpark mid-afternoon and was greeted by friendly staff who quickly dealt with booking in etc allowing me plenty of time to reach Airport terminal. Bus driver was helpful and helped me put suitcase on board and journey only took a few minutes. On my return to East Midlands late at night the plane arrived early and I expected I would have to wait for bus to take me back to Airpark. The bus was however there waiting and I was quickly reunited with my car. Thank you for your efficient service- I will certainly be using Airpark again in the New Year.

Airparks are close to the East Midlands Airport which meens less time wasting. The booking out system is very good using bar codes to locate car keys on return and to give swift exit from the site via electronic gates.

As a frequent flyer I have used Airparks on numerous occasions at many airports, I find that the Airparks company is and has always been efficient, reliable and cost effective over all others, and I will certainly carry on using them whichever airport I depart from.

No fuss and easy to use service. Shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic and well-timed, and the happy and helpful nature of the bus driver was most appreciated. Would certainly recommend to others and use again myself.

We found the carpark easily and the processing was simple. There was no waiting around and the bus driver was very helpful and cheerful. On our return the transfer bus was there waiting and we were on our way home in a very short time. Thank-you for all your excellent service.

It was not clear how to get out of the car park after collecting the car, particularly in the dark. Better signing required. The existing sign could be sending you in any of three directions. I am deaf and probably was told what to do, but it was not clear on the ground.

Easy to find, secure site very friendly staff. It was very simple to get links to airport and back again. I found it very reassuring that the coach waited at airport until the driver knew everyone due on the flights was on board despite pressure from some customers to leave early. Would use again.

excellent service all the way. easy booking on line doddle of a job to locate and access the carpark friendly and helpfull staff both at car park and driving the shuttles. convenient drop off and pick up all makes traveling from East mids an absolute must for me and my family top job

After landing after midnight we had to wait half an hour in the cold (with 2 youg children) to be transfered to a car park that wasn't even close to the airport. With hindsight could have had a taxi for the same price. The first transfer coach was also full. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The staff were very friendly and particularly helpful when a problem arose. In addition their assistance when delivering my car direct to the airport upon my return whilst I dealt with my wheelchair bound parent was very kind and gratefully received. Thanks.

The car park was easy to find and easy to access,booking in and transfer to the airport was very smooth.There was a bit of confusion on the return as to the location of the pick up point.Once it was found the coach arrived quickly and took us back to the car park.It was the first time I had used East Midlands airport, but I would travel from there again and certainly use this parking again.

We arrived and were attended to by a very friendly lady. Once we had left the car keys we were quickly transferred to the airport. After having left the transfer coach I found I had lost my wristwatch and on returning to look for it the driver of the next shuttle very kindly radioed to the base to see if it had been handed in, this was followed up on our return by the receptionist. Sadly it was not found but my thanks to the airpark staff for taking the trouble to help me. I would recommend this airpark and use again. Thanks to the staff. Hazel Fry

everything went smoothly with parking and transfer to airport.i would definetely use this service again.i think it should be better signposted when arriving back to the uk where to get the transfer coach from. we hadnt a clue where to stand and other people were having the same problem. some got on the wrong coach and werent happy. apart from that no problems.

Easy to book on internet and easy to find with directions given. Staff we very helpful and you were given exact instructions on what to do. Was even more fortunate that coach was waiting on departure and arrival. Only bad point was had to wait almost an hour for car to be returned to pick up point to come home. Was told this was because they had been extremely busy. Would definitely use this air park again.

Upon returning to the UK it was with great dismay that only one coach was provided for more than Forty people to pick up and transfer! People were left in the cold at 0530hrs. This Should have been avoided with a little prior planning and preperation. Safe to say that the staff on that day would have had a passenger manifest and would have known how many passengers to expect and how many coaches to provide. If they didn't then the system itself needs revising. Also staff should be given formal IT training, to wait for 20 minutes to hand a card in to collect vehicle keys whilst a member of staff attempts to book a customer in seems rather poor. A quality service let down by incompetent staff wandering around the site smoking cigarettes! Please do sort it out before you lose any more custom. Thanx Stevie Nash

I found the booking system very easy to use. staff gave clear concise instructions on what to do transfers were very good and quick and collection on return was very good and easy and quick to which was very handy as we had been delayed and just wanted to get home.
