Excellent service from the driver who collected a large number of passengers from EMA on Sat evening. Luggage was carefully stowed away and he was polite and helpful whilst offering a rapid return to the car park.

Generally, a good experience, if you accept that it is not close to the airport, so there isn't a quick getaway!

I have used this parking service a few times and have never experienced any problems with the service or staff.

The overall service was disorganised. Airparks were unable to cope with both incoming and outgoing customers. The shuttle service was late, leaving customers stressed before and after their flights. I will not be using East Midlands Airparks again unless the service is greatly improved.

It actually works out cheaper to park off airport and doesn't add very much extra time to your journey. You also have peace of mind that your car is safe due to the 24hr security unlike on airport parking. I would highly recommended this service and will definitely use it again!

We always use this car park. Just for the peace of mind is worth the money - you know your car is safe. Even when you are delayed like us for hours, you dont need to worry about the extra cost if you were in a pay and display area. And the transfer bus is there waiting which is a bonus!

The service was excellent as ever, we always use Airparks as they offer the best value for money and the best service.

The experience is exactly what everyone wants. Somewhere safe to leave your car, get to the airport fairly soon and back to your car as soon as possible, all at a reasonable cost!! And this is what I got from Airparks East Midlands car parking. Will use again!! Thanks.

As we have two small children we were dreading the waiting around for transfer. We had no need to worry as it all went smoothly and quickly. As soon as we parked up the bus was waiting so we were straight there. The same on the return trip. Thank you for the quick, friendly and hassle free service!

All in all value for money was good, but it was a very nonpersonal service; you could leave and pick your car up and not say a word to anyone but I would use it again.

Pro's: it took less than 10 minutes to checkin, luggage on the bus (we were actually helped with our luggage from car to bus), and away! Con's: the bus doesn't stop outside of departures, so you have a bit of a trek. I didn't mind, but for an older or infirmed person this might be tricky. Luggage trolleys were available at the bus stop.

Customer service was great, staff really friendly, I would definitely use again.

Staff were pleasant on arrival and helpful. The only down side was the fact there was only one lane for loading suitcases .. this meant waiting for the cars in front to load and clear .. only a couple of minutes, so not really a moan.

No problems with the service and perhaps I was unlucky with where the birds decided to go.

All round, a very good service, good value for money and reliable. Bus transfer was prompt both ways.

This should have been an excellent review, but unfortunately we had to pay £8 to get a taxi to the car park after our holiday since the bus to transfer us did not appear. Hmm!!!

The service generally was great, the outbound service particularly from the driver was much more friendly and helpful than the inbound driver, who appeared to think that we were all too much trouble for him. Generally a good service but a smile and cheery word would not go amiss.

Checked in with no problem, bus to and from the airport was punctual. Didn't have to wait around for either trip. All staff were courteous and helpful. Good value for money. Have used Airparks in the past with no problems.

Based at Donnington Park, so very close to EMA. Have to wait for bus outside, so might get wet if weather inclement.
