It was great to be able to request parking on-line and to recieve confirmation via e-mail in minutes. It was also nice to be able to travel in the comfort of my car park it up and on return just load and drive away. The only thing I would say was that our flight arrived and people were at the park leaving there cars and there was only one member of staff on, so we had to wait quite awhile as she was booking people in, and when you have travelled all you want to do is get home. Everything ran smoothly no hold ups,coach waiting when we arrived back at 1am, straight back to car park and away. Will definitely usesimply parking again.

Staff helpful, no problems or delays, nice clean bus. It's a shame you have to wait up to 20 mins for a bus especially when it's cold but such is life. And I thought that the bus dropped you off quite a way from the departure terminal. Not THAT much cheaper than parking at the aiport.

On the return journey there were alot of people wanting to get on the same transfer bus to the car park again and we had to wait for a second bus to come as the first one was full. The driver of the first bus did at least make arrangements for a second bus to come (but I would have thought this should have been scheduled as they knew how many people would be arriving to collect their cars)

Having witnessed the staff refusing to allow a customer to collect his car without the necessary documentation proved to me that security is taken seriously.

Very pleased with the service when dropping off car. Quick turnaround when dropping of and picking up. Bus was ready in minutes at both the airpark and airport. Highly recommended.

Arrived at car park. Very easy instructions. 10 minute delay waiting for coach. Driver very friendly. Arrived back at airport 4 days later - coach waiting but had to wait for another 10 minutes for other passengers. Apart from that every else was very good. Would use the service again.

The one lady serving a customer took forever with this one person and didn't even acknowledge I was waiting with a nod or any simple gesture. She then asked a male colleague to serve me who did not make any eye contact with me, barked information at me that fast I didn't have a clue what he was saying. On asking him to repeat the info he grunted at me and still hadn't made eye contact once!!!!

Arrived in good time at Airparks. Well organised, courteous and efficient. The bus to the airport was clean, had sufficient room for baggage and passengers. Good value for money.

It was very easy and cheap to use, and we have recommended to our friends and family. Will certainly use again when required. Thank you for a trouble-free experience.

Need to allow for additional time for booking in to main terminal due to the distance away from the main terminal.Bus runs every 20mins so if you have just missed the bus there is a further 20mins to wait.I was running late so I would have missed my trip,but thanks to one of their managers i was taken up to the main terminal by car,so customer service is good.

i arrived late because of traffic accident the gentleman on the desk was more than helpful ,he rang up thomas cook desk for me and got me to the airport as quick as possible , very impressed with service i did use this parks a few yrs back to

If people would load their cars with luggage before moving it out of its space then there would not be a queue to exit the car park. Queues on and off the bus because of people loading their luggage at the front of the bus. A bus with external side storage would be better.

No problems with the car parking service; however, just follow the directions on the website as the given postcode directs satnav to the wrong entrance!

When dropping off car reception staff were unhelpful and spoke to me like it was all too much trouble. The coach driver drove like he was on a racing track and several of the more 'elderly' customers were frightened.

AS this was my first time, I found locating the facility difficult. I think instructions could have been clearer, eg necessary to follow signs for 'Aeroparks' - it was only at the site that the Airparks sign was evident. Won't be a problem next time!

A very well run operation. We have used this car park in the past but they have made vast improvements in their service in the last year or two and all of the staff without fail are both friendly and helpful. We never worry about our cars whilst away.

excellent value for money, convenience of using the car but with secure checp parking for the duration of our holiday. Excellent frequent transfer buses to the airport

all the carparks were clearly signposted and although very busy so soon found a space. arriving back for our car after the holiday it was quite simple. press the button give them the booking ref and straight out.
