The service was excellent. The site was very easy to find and the dirctions given were very easy to follow. The service offered by the staff was excellent and very quick and the facilities were very good. Had been a very wet / snowy couple of days so the car was caked in a fair bit of mud when I returned but couldn't be helped with the weather! Will definitely use again if I am using thsi airport again.

Had to wait too long for the transfers to and from terminal. Ordinarily not a problem but with 2 small children waiting too long outside wasn't good. Because of that don't think we will use again. Apart from that everything else ok.

Didn't have to wait long at the Reception or for a bus, both departing and arriving. The drivers were helpful and courteous, even to those getting on the wrong bus! Would recommend this car park to anyone.

We have used the Castle Donnington Airpark three times and intend to use it often. To date all has gone very well and the staff are most helpful, very efficient and friendly. Low cost is important but good service a very welcome bonus.

East Midlands Airparks was easy to find and use, literally 5 to 10 mins from the airport so no mad panics if running late, staff really helpful and the cars are all close by so you don't have to hike to find them on return. The only con is that with the depot being so close i thought they could run more frequently than every half hour, but apart from that top marks.

I was very disappointed with the experience. First the 15 min wait at 5.00am on a cold morning, outdoors, with little or no chance of shelter. Then on the return to the compound, this time on a cold evening, only to have to disembark the coach 20 yards from the site office, when there was adequate parking space alongside the office.

Everything worked out very well. We waited just a few minutes for the transfers (which only took a few minutes) and our car was ready to collect upon our arrival.

Having been lost in the dark finding Airparks we were led in by mobile phone with ease. On return our flight was 3 hrs late. The airparks office knew of the delay and made appropriate arrangements. A first class operation.

Excellent handling of outbound and inward collection of car and bus service. No need to telephone for service on arrival back into the country. Very reasonable rates.

We always use Airparks, usually Manchester. We have never had any problems and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Very competitive rates and it is a good start to the holiday knowing the car is safe.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was no waiting around for the transfer coach either to or from the airport. Everything ran very smoothly.

My car was cleaned before I left it; when i got back to it there was mud on the floor on the driver's side and passenger side which was very bad it would be advisable to put paper or something down.

Excellent start to our holiday. Easy online booking, clear directions to carpark. Speedy and efficient drop off and pick up. We would definitely use this service again.

It's quite easy to find, just off the road to Donington Park. Staff are friendly and park your car for you. Not sure how secure it is, it is fenced off but it doesn't look particularly robust. It's not tarmac'd so I imagine it could be problematic if the weather's been really wet. Transfers from/to the terminal take 5 minutes and are every 20 minutes. Generally good value for money.

This is not the best airport car park that I use but I find it perfectly acceptable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Transfer buses seem frequent enough and, again, the drivers are helpful. I would certainly use it again.

We had a very quick, smooth check in and departure. The directions were very clear so we arrived with no problems, my husband had booked the car in before I had finished unloading the luggage it was a short journey to the airport. On return the driver was friendly and very helpful with both the luggage and directions on how to collect our car. Finally it was very good value for money we would definitely book with you again.

Despite advising the car park on arrival that we would be returning a day earlier than planned (and leaving written details) our car was not ready for us when we returned. The staff did not offer an apology.

I am recommending to all my friends as I thought it was very good. Very efficient system worked well. Very happy. Thanks. Even cheerful bus driver - first thing in morning. Appreciated that.

Airparks was easy to reach and the directions were good. The wait for the transfer to the airport was short as was the actual transfer itself. I was impressed with the service generally and pleased with the value for money of the service. I would not hesitate to use the facility again and would recommend the service to friends and colleagues. One minor point, the lighting could be improved for picking up the car.

At Glasgow on your return, your vehicle is waiting at reception with the engine running ready to go. But all in all it is a good place to park, the transfer is very good, i would not pay the extra to park on the airport while this service is available.
