I found it better to drop off my passengers first at the airport with the luggage.Made dropping off the car very easy and had not got to worry about luggage left on the bus or to be carried to departures.Did same for return.An excellant service and will use you again ..no question.

I have only recently moved to the area, and this was the first time that I have used your service. I was extremely impressed by the efficiency. It was easy to book on-line, and the cost was much less than your competitors. The transfer both to and from the air port was good. The only problem that I had was finding the correct entrance at Donnington Park. As I'm new to the area I mistakenly took the first turning, only a minor inconvenience. I will defiantly use this service again when flying from East Midlands

Very knowlegabl adn helpful staff. Instructions on what to do on arrival at car park and how I returned were very clear but, the information was delivered in a robotic and cold style......but it was 0330 in the morning. Overall, a great service and I will use again.

On arrival all was good exept that while waiting for the transfer to terminal it was cold. They might want to think about closing waiting area at bus stop. Then on return, might want to consider a sign as to where your bus will stop. When leaving the bus driver said that the bus will collect us at the same place. However, early departure and excitement to get to holiday on return could not remember exact place.

Easy to book online, upon arrival at the car-park it took no more than 5-mins to check-in the car and get on the bus. Very curteous and helful driver with the luggage. As East Midlands is a small airport then check-in was fast .... Infact 'Park to Pint !!' 1/2 hour. We returned in the early hours of the morning (03:00), and again service was excellent, just waiting for the transfer coach for about 10-mins. I would recommend this carpark and service.

Overall good value for money. Staff were cheerful - even early in the morning. We were able to drop keys off quickly and collect - no queues. You might hit lucky and a bus will arrive stright away or you may have just missed it which means to might have to wait 15-20 minutes. Just as good as the long stay car park only cheaper

When we arrived back from our holiday there were no signs indicating Airparks coach pick up point, it was pouring with rain & when a coach finally appeared after waiting 40 minutes the driver stopped in the only bay that had no shelter from the driving rain when he had 4 or 5 empty dry bays to use!

Reception staff and drivers were excellent, but unfortunately we just missed a bus on arrival and the shelter provided wasn't that brilliant in the rain.

Surrounding area very busy with music festival in progress, but parking dealt with quickly & car conveniently parked for return trip. Would use again & would recommend to friends.

This was a great experience. I booked online, received confirmation and instructions on how to get to car park. When I got there it all went like clockwork, the staff were helpful and friendly, you don't get that much these days, I would recommend you and in fact I will do to all my friends and family. Thank you very much.

Very good. Very close to airport - regular buses running. Bus was waiting for the arrivals on our return to U.K. so we we not left waiting. Would definitely use again.

do not use this carpark if there is an event at donnington park on your return back.the transfer bus took over an hour to arrive .total time get away from the airport was almost 3 hours.our car came back covered in a sandy silt and the compound itself while no doubt was secure was very run down p.s. im not normally a moaner, honestly

We have used Airparks at East Midlands twice now, although overall Customer Service, transfers and value for money are all excellent, the only downside is that the car on both occassions has been abolutlely filthy when collected. It might be an idea to have a hose pipe to at least clear the worst of the dirt

On the whole I was happy that I used this service. Only reservation is the girl who checked me in. Rather than talk to me when I asked a question she just repeated her whole spiel again. After driving for 3 hours I thought she might have been a bit more considerate. Bus drivers were very cheerful though.

I have used APH 13 (return trips) times during the last six months. The service has been good. I am unsure as to what areas could be improved, possibly facilities at Donnington could do with upgrading and modernising and possibly ten minute turn arounds instead of twenty. Other than that I believe you are offering a good service. I will certainly use APH again as I believe the bottom line as far as I am concerned is VFM.

We arrived at the Donnigton Park Site of Airparks early hours of the morning to find that there had been a powercut! Nonetheless all of the staff were brilliant, getting us checked in without hassle. We actually ended up queueing at the wrong side of the park for the bus, which was pointed out to us by the driver coming back from a drop off, who allowed us to put our cases on, and get ourselves seated anyway. When we arrived back, I had both feet in bandages as I had suffered 2nd degree burns. Running round in a wheelchair, I got myself to the pickup point at East Midlands Airport thinking that I would have to leave the wheelchair (which was property of EMA). The driver however said that it would be no problem getting me on the bus and that he would gladly bring the wheelchair back to the aiport on his return run. My hat really has to go off to this guy however. It states on the sides of the buses that the drivers cannot lift any cases dut to health and safety. However I was the only male in a party of 4, and without hesitation didn't have any problem lifting my mum's, her friends, and my fiancee and i's cases onto the top shelf. All in all a great service and brilliant value for money!!!!

Arrived early but just after a coach had left, so the 20 minute wait seems an eternity. Coaches usually leave at 00 20 and 40 mins past the hour so it is worth bearing that in mind. Reliable, they always turn up even when we landed in the middle of the night six hours late one time!

When i used my tom tom it took me to the wrong gate the bottom one and had to read the map backwards to get to the other gate and the driver did not wait for us not even 1 minet he just drove off and we had to wait another 15 mins for the same driver to come back a real jobs worth bloke

Friendly efficient service.Was able to leave my car with the confidence that it would still be there on my return!Even though it was away from the airport,just a bit of extra time was required for the transfer-did not feel under time pressure at all ,as the buses went so frequently.

The car Park is well sign posted. and easy to find. The staff dealt with us in a no nonsense manner, we were not left hanging about and were ferried to the airport within minutes. On our return the transport arrived again within minutes, and we were on the road home without any delay. An excellent straightforward service.
