The staff were superb as we were delayed and might have had to pay for another night's parking as the time went over midnight. But the staff wavered this as they realised that it could not have been helped. However the car was clean when we left it, and when we returned it looked like it had been on a dirt track, we had to clean it on the way home as we could not see through any of the windscreens.

Well I literally only have one negative with the whole experience and this is thatwhen being dropped off at departures the driver specifically stated this would be the pick up point. Upon return i after an early flight and tiring week and waited at the bus stop to be told by another bus driver that the airparks bus stop has changed. There was no signs or messages left on my phone even though you had my number. Although i must stress this is my only negative comment all else was satisfactory. Thank you.

Little bit of difficulty finding as our sat nav was going by post code and the entrance we arrived at was closed. Great service on our return when car wouldn't start and within minutes staff had got us going with the aid of a great bit of mobile kit to jump start us! Always think airport car parking is too expensive. Renting such a small patch of ground for a couple of weeks shouldn't cost that much!

I did feel there needed to be more security checks when collecting the vehicle. You are given a printed tag when dropping the car off which you take on holiday. Upon collection you are only asked your name which already shows on the tag you were given which to me is not secure enough, surely you should be asked the make and model of the vehicle as proof.

Evrything was very straight forward when we arrived. We were well taken care of by very courteous staff and felt able to go on holiday knowing that all was secure. Everything very efficient on arriving back at airparks and we were very quickly on our journey home.

Minor point: the bus driver did not fix the netting in the bus. He was mildly reprimanded on his return to base which is fair enough, but should have been done away from the customers.

Arrival to Airparks was fine. Left vehicle with helpdesk/car park attendant. Although we had a 20 min wait for a bus to the airport! Very friendly bus driver though!! On arrival back from our holiday the worst part was having to wait 40mins for a bus transfer to the Airparks base.

Only gripe is about the transfer buses. We arrived back to freezing cold England at aprox 11pm, we saw the transfer bus drive off as we were heading for the stop (3 mins earlier than advertised) so had to wait 20 mins for the next one along with a lot of other people. Could understand this had there been only a handful of people to pick up but when it arrived there were more passengers than the bus could take so people who had just arrived had to wait for the next bus. They ask for your flight number & what time you are due back when you book so would expect them to know how many passengers to expect and put buses on more regularly when required.

A big thank you for a friendly service by all staff. The bus driver was very helpful , as to help us find an alternative route home when there had been an accident on the motorway that was our way home. He saved us hours of waiting in the traffic, the alternative route only took 20 mins more. Quick service meant that we weren't waiting in the cold for the transfer or the car to be released.The car was well looked after, no joy rides taken!!! Well done for a great service, will definately be using again.

on the hole very pleasant, would be a nice touch to have moved your vehicle closer to exit, than having to find it, and if the cost was slighty cheaper i think more people would use the car delivery to the terminal service upon return, i know i would of.

I use Airparks several times a year and it is every bit as good as the Secure Parking Services available at Heathrow and Gatwick. The only slight fault being that the parking is on grass and this last week it was very wet and muddy by the drivers door and with poor lighting and open shoes I got very wet feet but it will not stop me continuing to use their service.

The transfer was quick and easy with the minibus driver being particularly helpful. The minibus came after only a few minutes of us waiting outside the airport. The only possible downside is that unlike some airport parking companies, there was no check of the vehicle to agree whether there are any existing bumps or scratches. This wasn't a problem with our very old and beat up car, but may cause problems if there is a dispute about whether a car was damaged whilst in the parking or already had pre existing damage.

Good value for money, very well organised, frequent buses.

Good professional reliable service. Pick-ups ran every 20 minutes (even late at night). Only negative is that it obviously take a bit longer time than parking on-airport.

Excellent value for money, no problems at all with car. Arrieved 3am in very cold and wet conditions arrived back 1pm in again very cold and wet weather,but speedy, professional collection of the car soon had us in the warm and on our way home. Already booked for next trip in May would recommend to everyone

Tried to book on website but couldn't get site to accept card so completed via telephone. Changed vehicle two weeks before departure - informed via telephone. On arrival, office had no notification of changes to vehicle. Billed TWICE - for two separate vehicles! Bank has reclaimed money, but company now accusing me of having TWO vehicles booked in at same time!!! Will not use again

drop off extremely courteous and efficient.(especially early hrs of morning). Had to wait awhile for pick up from airport (cold and damp no shelter, early afternoon time). When arrived back keys handed back no problem. Car was rather muddy! Inside- drivers side door trim muddy and car mat. On return to home noticed bumper had a nasty scratch the paintwork had peeled off!!!

Easy to find. A great price in comparison to other car parks.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently and I shall certainly use Simply Parking again when parking at East Midlands airport. Great value for money too!

Good car park to get to and cheaper than on the aiport itself, tranfers as they said it would be and maybe even a bit better! as it never took long to be on the bus back to the car park. Secure, but the surface of the parks not to clever. Overall very good. thanks.
