Very efficient transfers to and from airport. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the coach driver on our return. I will definitley book with them again.

This was the 2nd time I have used Carparks. The security is very good. dropping your car off and picking it up again afterwards coldn't be easier. Ariiving, the desk staff weren't the friendliest people I've come accross, but the drivers were pleasant. Coming back we just missed a coach, so the 20 minutes that we had to wait did seem like a long time. Would use them again.

We had parked there before and knew where we were going but if you didnt it could be hard to find. The transfer busses were very efficient and on time - the staff were not that friendly but its only a 5 minute ride to the airport. It is more expensive than other airparks that we have parked with. On the whole not too bad.

The experience was everything you could ask for. The only small criticism was the small office at the car park that you couldn't get many in to on a very cold wet return from sunny Spain. But what the hell, for what it cost it was worth it.

We have used Airparks 3 times now and been very satisfied with the service. We had our car brought to the airport on our last trip which was axcellent and saved so much time.

It was particually easy to return to the site and swiftly locate our vehicle on our return. This is very important! At this time, you want to get home as swiftly as possible after a long journey!

We had to detour and approach the entrance again because the signage was unclear - it appeared to be for the race track!

On arrival at the parking area on Sunday 5th October we met with chaos as the parking area was totally full and we had to leave our vehicle on the grass verge outside the compound...along with several others. However staff were calm, friendly and reassuring that the car would be taken into the compound before the end of the day. Thereafter everything worked out OK and we would use the parking area again in future.

The service is very good value for money and is well organised, punctual and professional. The only negative was the signage on the approach from the main road which could have been better.

The car par is convenient from the motorway and the process of leaving your car and keys is streamlined. It makes the travelling part of a holiday stress free.

The only critism I have is that the route sent via email contained an error. Junction 23A is not Donnington it is for the A42 Birmingham. This caused an 18 mile round trip to get off the road and go back towards the M1 for Junction 24

Very simple and basic parking area. Would like to see a few more direction signs to help find the site more easily, but apart from that very efficent.

Very easy to find, clearly sign-posted off the M1, well maintained site with good security on view. Transfers to and from airport run well and on time! Will definately use again, not only at East Midlands, but other sites too. A reassuring start to any holiday. Thank you.

The only downside was I paid to have a full valet which was good except on our return the car was parked under a tree resulting in a large amount of bird droppings on the roof otherwise 10 out of 10

The airpark has the times of flight returns and should ensure coverage for returning passengers to save time waiting as there is no covered collection area for inclement weather.

Would use the facility again.Easy to find.Very freindly staff,but I thought the information given was a little rushed on arrival.The compound was secure.The parking surface and lighting could have been better.The transferes where on time,although I thought disorganised when getting both baggage and people on and off the bus.The drivers where both freindly and safe.Having taken everything into acconut,it was worth the money.

The two gentlemen who picked us up at the airport to return us to our cars were a welcome tonic when feeling sad that our holiday was over. They were very amusing and a credit to the company.

You are easy to find and the time from check in to being dropped off at the airport was very quick. Good transfer back on return, driver very helpful. Car was easy to find when I returned.

Having used this park before we didn't hesitate to use them again. We found this service pleasent & easy to use. Prompt transfers to & from the airport, a great experience. Would highly recommend to everyone,

Suitable site and suited our needs but a little more lighting at the entrance and signs on the approach roads would make things easier in the hours of darkness.
