Reall good on the way there, only had to wait 10 minutes for a bus and even though i'd made a mistake on my dates the man on reception was very helpful and sorted it out for us. Had to wait a while in the rain on the way back, or it may just be that we were grumpy after a night flight and coming back to rubbish weather! Very good overall, we would use them again.

Really good valeu and hassle free so I would use them again if I was flying from Birmingham in the future.

We arrived and booked in,no problems was on the bus in 10 minutes.When we got back,we phoned by the time we got to the bus stop the bus had arrived,therefor we had no prolems whatsoever.Very smooth

Although it is a 15 minute transfer to the Airport, it is well worth it for the ease of getting to the car park, security of the vehicle and overall value for money - particularly compared with onsite airport parking. I will always use the Hams Hall car park whenever we fly from Birmingham.

Found it harder to get the bus to collect us. Couldn't find a courtesy phone by the carousel as stated then the other number I rang wasn't answered, went through 118118 eventually to get hold of them.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Thi is the 3rd time have used this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very easy and painless experience - easy to find, clean, modern coaches and pleasant staff. Slight wait of around 20 minutes on calling from baggage call, but nothing unacceptable. Compound looks very secure, and would definitely use again. Thumbs up!

They couldn't be faulted in any way. After previous experiences with other companies, I was expecting at least one let-down somewhere, but there wasn't one! I recommend them to anyone and will certainly use again.

We used the service for a 4 night journey to Disney. The price was very good value & simple to book. The parking place is well signposted and very easy to find. Staff were friendly & welcoming (even tho it was 3am!) and there was a bus ready and waiting. The driver was very helpful and insisted he loaded the cases. On our return we rang once arriving at baggage reclaim and had only been waiting a few minutes at the stop when the bus came. Again, the driver was friendly and helpful. Can't fault the service and would easily recommend.

please be very careful if using sat nav...i ended up at wrong side of birmingham. there are 2 places in birmingham with same address and even though i put in postcode sat nav was wrong. parking facities and bus connection to airport top notch though

Will definitely book again with APH. Very impressed with the prompt service upon arrival to the car park. The bus driver even helped us load our luggage onto the bus and off the bus (on both journeys). Very friendly driver.

Leaving the car was a simple process with a coach already there to take us to the airport. On return from holiday the availability of a courtesy phone to contact APH worked well with the coach waiitng for us after we went through customs.

after having a very poor experience with Airparks it was with some trepidation that we booked the car into APH. we couldn't have been more wrong. we would happily recommend APH to anybody who wants excellent value, safe, reliable and friendly parking near Birmingham airport.

This is the first time we have used APH. It was the best value for money parking, and the reception, shuttle between car park and air port was excellent. We only had to wait 10 minutes to get our shuttle back at the end of the holiday, which was no problem. All in all, very good.

The service on our pick up and drop off was spot on i cannot complain would use there services again in the near future. Thanks

With a renault trafic van with roof bars we have been caught out a few times. With height restriction 2.4m this was fine. Prompt service, great to have car taken away for parking then be returned rather than traipsing through carparks with 5 tired children at both start and end of holiday. helpful with loading / unloading suitcases ...... wish we had similar service in past at other places...especially when struggling with small children. Toilet facilities again a plus with kids!

We have always been pleased with this service and this time was even faster than normal with our car having been brought right up to row A for collection. Highly recommend APH parking services.

Such a professional operation - I can't fault it. The site off the Hams Hall roundabout (not where the postcode takes you), is very secure and impressive. The buses are modern and roomy and the driver helps with the luggage. They were prompt to deliver and collect and the journey doesn't feel to far. And they were the cheapest!
