Travelled on the 20th December and returned on the 28th early hours of the morning and just wanted to get my car and go home. Bus was quick the driver was very helpful with our luggage and friendly. Trip was easy going and stress free. My car was waiting for me in fab condition with no problems at all. Will use this service again for sure.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with excellent and reassuring facilities. My only niggle is that it is located quite some way from the airport so that transfers seem to take a long time. However this probably accounts for the excellent value for money prices...

Staff were professional, friendly and polite, there was very little waiting time for transfers, either to o9r from the airport and the car was fully cared for in a secure, well lit compound. Added value was the very reasonable price - i would certainly use again!

After reviewing fees for parking at the airport , I decided to park at APH .We normally use this facility if we fly from Birmingham for the summer holidays so I knew the car would be safe . I checked the car in , handed over my key and got straight on the transfer bus , very quick and friendly service . THe car parks at the airport can get quite full early on and when I am flying I am stressed up to the point the cases are checked in , this facility takes the stress of having to find a parking space away .

Enjoyed using APH as it was perfect or what I needed. The wait for the shuttle back was about 20mins which was expected but after a flight you just want a shuttle to be there asap. Overall, great experience and I out of the gate within about 5mins of getting off the shuttle so very organised.

I was waiting for the bus from the airport 40 minutes, when Airparks Bus was there two times! I'd like to know, what they where doing in my car but the windows where so foggy from inside that water was flowing of them?

Couldnt fault the whole process from booking the car park to picking up the car on our return. The transfers were very efficient with little or no waiting. I would recommend the car park to anyone flying from Birmingham. Only downside is that on our return the toilets were out of order.

The whole process was very straight forward.....The transport to and from the airport was efficiently carried out by a courteous and helpful drive. Yes we would use APH again

We had to wait for the bus to turn up and then another 50 minutes before we got back to the car park!

APH Birmingham Parking does away with the stress that I have previously experienced parking the car prior to a holiday. I boarded my flight totally stress free! I highly recommend APH Birmingham Parking.

We had no problem following your instructions on how to find your car park. Booking in at car park and transfer to and from the airport all very efficient. Will I use this park again? most probably.

I found the whole experience of using APH very good and easy to use from booking to parking and picking up my car. I will use again when I travel in November.
