Going from car to plane went smooth as in within half an hour. Going back, late at night, took about an hour. At that point you could do with it being half an hour as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Very polite and efficient service. The bus was waiting on our return so not held up at all. Although parking off site we felt we were reunited with our car sooner than if we had parked on site, No queuing as on airport to get out of car park. Only downside car was coated in mud on drivers side on our return.

Everything was very smooth and car was how we left it after the holiday! only complaint is the bus driver was very rude, shouted at my gf and wasnt helpful. we were both very tired from long journey back and wasnt appreciated in the slightest.

Arrived to a warm welcome and easy booking in and then a swift transfer to the airport, phoned on arrival back and bus was waiting for us outside providing a great service with excellent value for money and many thanks to the staff and the driver who was very helpful at 01.30 in the morning helping us with out luggage. Would recommend to everyone

My car also seemed to have been washed before our return, even our wet weather of June could not have made it that clean

The staff were friendly, the buses were punctual and overall i felt the service was excellent. I will be using this service again next time.

I've used APH at Coleshill several times before and always had good service. I will definitely use them again.

Have used this car park and its facilities many times and Iam still very pleased with the service....hence I book with them every time I fly from Birmingham.

We arrived early was quickly seen too and on our way,when we came home we called the compound and the bus arrived shortly after it took approx 40 minutes from phone call to being in our car and onward towards home in Lincoln. The staff were helpful and efficient good value recommend and will use again.

Just one minor point, it it really necessary to adjust driver seats just to move the car a short distance?

i cannot sware to it but i think that i have some cd albums missing from my vehicle , just to make you aware of this in case someone else also states this accusation. so maybe you could narrow it down to a suspect employee, if it happens on a regular basis.

The driver on our return transfer was particularly helpful with everyone's luggage which made life much easier. We always use APH as we find the service is so quick and efficient and good value for money. We will definitely use them again.
