APH was very easy to find, on checking in the staff were nice & a quick easy hand over of keys. then only had to wait a couple of minutes for a tranfer bus to the airport, I had no worries about leaving my car as it seemed very secure with coded gates to get out. all in all a very smooth easy transfer.

Well organised, fast, quick and easy. The services worked very efficiently on both arrival and departure. Would definitely use this service again.

The whole process on arrival was very quick and easy, with very comfortable and helpful transfers. As an added bonus they had a scales available for free just to check your luggage weight before you get to the airport. Just as brilliant on return after the hols!! Staff friendly, excellent price, what else do you need? Defo recommend 10/10

If you have an old SATAV take care with directions - as warned in APH information, ours wanted to take us to the other side of BIrmingham for some reason, but v helpful APH staff talked us in to the car park on the phone.

Book in and collection of car excellent. Spoilt by 20 minute delay to airport when promised departure time on normal 15 minute shuttle.

Good secure location and did not have to wait for transfer to and from the airport. The only thing we were not happy about was having to stand on the coach returning from the airport as it was full. We were verfy concerned with the safety aspect of this, as we would have been straight through the windscreen if anything would have happened. In hindsight we should have got off and waited for another, but it was early hours and not quick enough to react. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

We arrived much later than anticipated and we didn't have much time to get to the airport. When APH staff realised this the driver made a point of leaving the depot early (in fact as soon as we boarded the coach) to get us to the airport in time. We couldn't have asked for more 10/10 :)

Couldnt have asked for a faster service on returning home, took less than 5 minutes to be on our way home once back at the car park.

An excellent service very well ran faultless no waiting at all or for service and transfers. Easy to use. Will use next time I fly from Birmingham and will recommend friends and family to do the same.

Getting to the airport was no problem but coming back we had to wait for quite a while and after several calls to the office we still had no one answering our calls. When the bus arrived he was obviously rushed off his feet. When arriving at depot the car was all ready for us to leave and reception staff friendly. Experience was good and I would use service again.

Good value for money car park, slightly away from airport but transfer was easy and punctual with very cheerful bus driver. Would use again and would recommend it to friends.

I have not previously used this service. I will used it again next time I fly from Birmingham airport

Service on both journeys was swift, efficient and polite. The transfers were prompt and punctual. There had been an accident on the M6 and the driver had an alternative route which meant that we got back to the car park with minimal delay. On both journeys the coach driver helped me with my suitcase. Compared with other providers, the service was very good value for money. Thank-you!
