very satisfied with parking, staff very polite and coach transfers very punctual.Recommended

On arrival I think the person who took my keys was having a bad day and wanted others to feel it, however everything else was good.

We arrived at 3 am for an early flight, booking staff were quick and courteous. Bus driver helped with luggage. Smooth ride no hassle. When we arrived back the bus was waiting, arrived at car park , checked out and were on our way within 5 minutes. Thoroughly recommended .

We have never used this service before and have always parked on site using the long stay car parks. This is by far a better option. No waiting time at all. Very quick and efficient. Very friendly service. Really helpful. Pleasant drivers. So much cheaper than parking on site too. We will be using APH again.

The check in process was really unpleasant - worst in 25+ years of personal & business travelling. When I had the audacity to say I wanted to complain was told "I'm the duty manager so you would only be complaining to me"

Only one negative,telephoned for return transfer bus and it was full we had to stand with buggy and cases - not particularly safe

The only issue for me was not finding you first try (despite the helpful advice re sat nav address)- I overshot you having not seen the sign, however, thanks to someone else on the estate I soon realised my mistake and it was simple from then on. Also a great relief to find the transfer already waiting when I arrived around midnight back at the airport. Very many thanks!

APH Parking is secure and reliable with easy access from M42 AND A38. Car Parks arw well organised and the staff friendly and helpful. Bus transfer to the Airport is modern, clean and efficient.

I found APH in Birmingham a nearly perfect off airport long stay parking. My only problem was to find the place as I missed a signed turn. A little map on the website would help because a post code misleads the navigator. Everything else was just like you would expect. Well done APH!

We arrived at car park, booked our vehicle in and were on the way to the airport within 15 minutes.On returning we phoned APH who gave us clear instructions on where to meet the bus which was close to airport exit. The bus arrived within 5-10 minutes. When we arrived at car park we were given a code for the electronic gates, told where our car was parked which was very close to the office and off we went. Thank you APH would definitely use your services again.

checked in very quickly and shown to transfer bus and offered to carry my luggage. On the way back, picked up quickly from airport and then picked up my keys and off home. Staff werre very friendly & efficient. I would definately use again and recommend to others

Would not park off site again. Adding an extra 45 minutes to the check in period is too much.

From the moment you arrive there is someone on hand to help you,no matter what time of day or night it is. The drivers are especially friendly and helpful with carrying and lifting cases where needed. I will recommend to anyone I know that flies from Birmingham, and look forward to using them again in 2013. Keep up the good work as It is much appreciated,as you are the start and finish of a persons holiday!!!!:)

It was so much easier and cheaper than onsite airport parking. we will be using it again, highly recommended, and well worth it I wish I use APH sooner.

Girl on reception when giving keys over at start of our holiday was very rude and sarcastic and did not want to serve anyone but other than her it was a good efficient service

Polite and and helpful staff meant it was quick and easy to check my car in and just as quick and easy to check out. Will definitely use APH again! Many thanks!

Very easy to find with a no fuss simple smooth operation and service with a smile, what more could you ask for?

The driver was unnacceptably rude with customers who were at the head of the queue at the airport pick up after positioning the bus in such a way that the tail of the queue was right by the doors. People who had waited longest did not get on the bus and chaos was created as the queue was left reversed for the arrival of the next bus, only for the next driver to adopt a similar 'couldn't care' attitude. There was no allowance for busy arrival times so phoning in on landing as requested seems pointless, buses arrive at normal interval. Physical facilities are OK but customer care seems a low priority.

Only critism that can be made was that upon return, the wait for the bus was about 15 mins but as people go through baggage return and customs at different times, wasn't so bad. Everything else was 100%. Spot on APH
