The attitude of your receptionist was appalling after a stressful journey to the airport which took two hours rather than 40 minutes. I didn't need the patronising comments of "it is a normal working day for everyone else" and "you should have allowed more time" and the apparent glee that several people had already missed their flights that morning. Your courtesy bus does not run often enough - a bus left whilst we were booking in which is understandable in fairness to the other passengers. However, a 25 minute wait is too long at peak times. We ended up paying for your meet and greet service, our driver was very pleasant and efficient. On the return journey we saw three courtesy coaches leave for the airport long stay car parks whilst we waited for a bus to Airparks and when it arrived, we couldn't get on it and had to wait for the next one. To sum up, you get what you pay for. The stress and hassle did not warrant the cheaper cost. I don't think I would use airparks again. to sum up - you get what you pay for.

The wait between coaches in the pick up from the air port to back to the car park was to much. there must have been over a hundred people waiting for the pick up with many if not all the people around me saying they will not be useing you again.I suffer with artheritis in my arms , and found being jammed in the ailse with cases and people on the ride back almost to much. PLease improve this part of your service yours Dave harvey.

Whole experience very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Car parking excellent and very secure. Car given plenty of space. Return at base car keys returned quickly. This is the second time we have parked here and will do so again in the future. Regards Gloria

The coach driver on the return leg told out right lies when he refused us entry because he had secured the luggage racks and then waited for five minutes before pulling off, hios comment was tha another coach was on the way and would be there within ten minutes.

The bus waiting area could do with some cover for passengers at busy times. It was raining when we first arrived and the first bus was full, therefore a need to stand and wait for next service but no shelter. Other than that the service was excellent.

Staff friendly and helpful; everything was done with quickly; we did not have to wait around for the bus; it made our holiday stress free, and when we came home the bus was there, our keys handed to us with a smile and we left the car park within five minutes. What an excellent service, and the cheapest.

Don't hang around when you arrive - get your car booked in asap and get on the bus - It won't wait for you. Once the doors have closed, even if you are ready and waiting outside,the driver will keep to his scehdule (which in many ways is a good thing) - You may have to wait a fair while for the next one (10 - 25 mins) No problem on the return transfer - fairly quick and very quick check out of car. I have tried both off site parkings for Birmingham, and this is the closest and the best.

I was relatively happy with the parking and service, however, the journey back from the airport used the main road and this made it a 15-20 drive back which was a bit disappointing for me as I needed to get back on the M5 south. If I had to go North it would have been ok. The journey to the airport on the way out only took 5-10 minutes.

On return we were lucky to just get on the first Airparks bus but a lot of people had to wait for the next one. Maybe some attention is needed to the return details process; I wasn't aware that any flights ahd been delayed or had arrived early. Overall good value

No problems, exactly what is needed, quick, secure, no frills parking. Only grumble being the waiting time at peak times (early evening) for the bus to the car park. The bus we were on was full and we had to leave many people waiting. Must have been disappointing, when all you want to do is get on the way home. Otherwise great, will use the service again

Perhaps a little more clarity on the maps. Also a little difficult to figure out in the dark where to put the card for opening the gate to get out, particularly when you feel in a rush to get home.

We could not fault the staff who were friendly and efficient, but the transfers were not very good. On the way out, it was early morning and we were left sitting on a cold bus for about 10-15 mins before we left the car park. That was bad enough, but when we arrived back at the airport, we were left waiting in the cold for about 15 mins and when the bus came we were packed on like sardines with people squashed in standing areas, and some poor souls were left at the bus stop as there was no more room.

It took longer to collect luggage and get to the car than it did to fly from Geneva to Birmingham. Queued for 15 mins only for the parked Airparks bus to pull away as bus was full. Then had to wait for another half an hour before another Airparks coach turned up. This time we got on the coach however it left many tired hacked off waiting people. They need another coach when people are left behind by a full coach!!

Very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful and the overall security of the car park was excellent. Would definitely use again!

I have already suggested that the company includes precise details of the return trip arrangements and which coach to board. We had good details by e-mail of the location, arrival and transport to the airport. Leavinbg the return arranegements to 'word of mouth' is inadequate. We arrived at 'E' in the pouring rain in the dark and eventually got on the right coach about an hour & 15 mins later. It took us nearly as long to get back to the car park as it did to fly out to Prague.

Driver watched over my sleeping 4 year old in the mini-bus whilst I got my car- it was really helpful. He then loaded my bags into my boot- good service!

I was running late for my flight, and turned up later than I'd hoped - but the easy to follow travel instructions got me there OK. Just parked up, registered and got straight on the coach. We left within about 5-10 minutes and were at the airport in about 10 minutes. The drivers helped with my heavy bag both times and were very professional. Highly recommend!

Directions good, found the place with no problems. Checked in and was travelling to the airport within 10 minutes, this would probably be longer at peak times. On the return, bus was waiting and once again a quick turnaround and we were on our way home; would use again without hesitation.

Thank you for a carefree holiday, no stress, wonderful fast service and most helpful staff, will most definitely be coming back. We live in Dorset but find it much better to travel to Brum than Bristol or Exeter. Thank you again most sincerely.

Slightly difficult to find as there was a mini-island before the final island at which we were required to turn right. Having travelled from Chester, the roads were all unknown to us. Otherwise everything fine.
