When we arrived at 05.00am it was tipping down with snow. we got straight onto the bus and to the airport with no hassle at all. our car was delivered to the airport on our arrival back from holiday. although this cost extra it was well worth it. a thoroughly pleasant experience. thankyou

The parking area and reception were not clearly marked.It would be helpful if the words reception area parking were painted on the ground. We were put right by a member of staff who seemed very sressed and not happy with life.All the staff in the office treated all members of the public as an unwanted nuisance. Such a shame as smiling and helpful staff is what i expect to put me in the right frame of mind for my hols. When we arrived to collect the car we were told to look for the car in the wrong row.We found the car eventually but as it was 2 00 am i didn,t need this hassle.

The down side is the distance from the airport to the car park and the time that you need to allow for the transfer. Also, although we were told where the pick up point was when we were dropped off at the airport, I had forgotten the details by the time we returned. a little map would be ideal Other than that, it represents very good value for money and I would use the service again if I was flying from Birmingham.

bus transfer not on time and told problems at airport but was no problems at airport on arrival i think it was insufficiant buses as one was standing in the yard while we were waiting in the freezing weather

In spite of snow, Airparks provided good service and took away all the worries and uncertainties of an unfamiliar parking experience.

Maybe its because they do it all the time and we were going in holiday but the staff were not particularly cheerful.

Staff treated us as idiots! Thought we should know where keys should be dropped and where pick up point was.

Everything was waiting for me when i arrived they knew who i was and all the paperwork was sorted even before i walked in the office very excellent service highly recommended all the drivers were freindly and considerate.

The site is fairly easy to find, the facilities are adequate for their purpose and everything ran smoothly. Just what you need during the rush to the airport. Then when you've got home after a nice holiday, it's all simple and relaxed.

Conveience, punctuality, courteousness, value for money, all were excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend Air Parks to anyone.

Easy to book on-line. Easy to follow directions to car-park. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the car-park we were on the transfer bus to the airport. When we got back, we only had to wait about 10 mins to catch the bus back. On arriving at the car park, I just popped into the office to collect the keys and the car was parked outside ready for us to go. Everything was organised well, and we would use this facility again.

On line booking was easy. Receptionist and transfer drivers were excellent and our car was waiting for us to drive away on our return. Highly recommended to all.

Overall the car park was well staffed, light and had good security. The downsides were the time it took to get from the park to the airport, also the considerable lenght of time I was waiting for the bus. The advert was misleading and because of this I was very anxious until I had got back to the aiport and checked in.

The whole experience is worth avoiding. The staff are mean spirited and lack customer focus. They are taciturn to the point of bad manners and also pedantic. Customers have to wait for extended periods in the wet and cold for transfer buses. Seeing a fit, strong male driver stand idly by whilst a petite female customer struggled to lift her case on to the bus because of "Health and Safety regualtions" was nauseating. If H&S is so militant, how is it that the same regulations don't apply at other companies operating in different parts of the country? If you wish to be treated with discourtesy and disdain, and look forward to a very long wait in the cold and wet, then DO chose this company. If not - avoid them at all costs.

comparing to other secure parking facilities I have used Air Parks at Birmingham is in the top 5 of the market.

The only problem we encountered was that there were so many using the service that the bus got full very quickly and we had to wait for the next bus which took over 15 minutes to arrive. If you know that two flights are arriving at the same time perhaps two buses could be provided at the time of arrival.

I have used airport car parking for many years and I found Airparks to be one of the best I have used!

Proffessional, friendly staff to deal with when you arrive, togther with the on site facilities make for a very smooth transfer from the comfort of your car to the airport. Which makes a plesant start to your journey.

Wehn we arrived at the car park I was advised that for a payment of £20 they would bring the car to the airport for to meet us from our return flight. I am not sure whether there was any information about this prior to my arrival at the car park but I think that it should be flagged up to people beforehand.
