Certainly use you again, and recommend your service.

It is just too far from the airport. You pass the airport to get to the car park and have to drive for about 10/15 minutes. The car park operation is efficient but they like a full bus, so you can wait 10/15 minutes, then the return trip takes 10/15 mins, so you need to plan on 45 mins.

Friendly staff, good distance from airport, prompt bus link. Although cheaper than other car parks still quite pricey.

We had an excellent experience on using this parking option. Due to a mixup in flight times, we arrived with little time to spare to make our flight to Turkey. My wife mentioned this to one of the staff while I checked the car in. Without being asked, the fleet manager on duty offered to take us in his car to ensure we could arrive at departures in time. It's nice to see good customer service is still alive!

I would use them again, very helpful staff, especially the night staff, which was great after a long day. I would say though that the transfer coach drivers were not at all friendly or helpful, no help with luggage. I went to look for the car and was given a row number but found it a bit dark up the rows and anyone could have jumped out on me, more lighting please.

Over 50 people waiting on return. Someone phoned the office and was told they didn't realise anyone else was waiting. Do they not moniter how many calls they get? Managed to get on second bus and the driver announced that he had a mechanical problem and had been to the garage. Enough said. Not to be recommended.

Arrived on date of departure to a swift transfer to the airport by friendly staff. This was the same comming back.

We had absolutely no problems with Airparks. Hassle free drop off and collection started and finished our holiday perfectly. A great service which we would recommend to anyone. Thank You.

Going out, arrived at the airport in good time, but on our return the baggage was suprisingly a long time so we missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes for the next one.

All you need is a quick, efficient and friendly service - I have used Airparks many times and I have received this service at any time - day or night. Keep it up and thank you.

Maybe transfers could have been a little more frequent but generally the experience was satisfactory.

Very helpful staff, nothing to much trouble.

We were welcomed on arrival. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The transfers were immediate, no waiting around. Definitely use again if flying from Birmingham Airport.

There wasn't enough room on the bus so we had over half an hour to wait for a bus on return. This wasn't a great end to the holiday.

The bus for collection from Birmingham Airport back was longer than expected.

Parking was a little remote from Birmingham Airport, so the transfer time was longer than expected.
