I arrived at the car park at 05:20 for a 06:30 latest check in. The first part of the process was ok but then we did not leave the car park until 06:08. This was 48 minutes in total plus a further 15 minutes to the airport ie 63 minutes in total compared with the car parks recommended allowance of 40 minutes. There was no apparent reason for the delay other than we sat on the bus in the car park for 25 minutes. We nearly lost our check in time. I would not use this car park operator again!

While the outward experience was very good, it was outweighed by the return. We understood we had booked APH from the website. When we rang the number given we were told to go to the relevant APH bus stop and a bus would be with us within ten minutes. A bus arrived and we got on, only to find (when it headed out of Birmingham) that it wasn't the right one. As a result we had to eventually return to the airport and wait for another bus. This delayed us by almost two hours - on top of a flight delay of over five hours, this was not a good experience. I understand from the various staff involved that this is far from the first time this has happened and that APH do offload bookings on to the other company without making it clear to customers. The problem could have been easily resolved at the bus stop had the driver bothered to check customers' tickets. It was made worse by the girl in the office flatly denying she had mentioned APH when I rang and no word of an apology. As a result it is very unlikely that we shall use your service in future. Although the on-site parking is more expensive, it does at least avoid the confusion and delay that we experienced.

We were running extremely late and the distance from the airport did not help. However the service was fine.

Good value for money, with no problems with the service at all.

There appears to be two main carparks servicing Birmingham with this being one of them. I have no experience of the other one, but Airparks was fine; efficent and "did what it said on the tin". Follow the directions and you should find it ok but there may be a minute or two when you think you're lost.

Parking was secure and the service was good at a very competitive price.

Would probably use again as close to airport, and staff were very nice and helpful.

The bus to transfer from the airport to the car park is inadequate - too small for both people and luggage. We had to wait for 4 buses before we could board as the queue was so long. Sorry but I won't use you again - I'd rather pay a little more for less inconvenience at the end of a flight.

Using Airparks Birmingham made our holiday journey easier than relying on friends or family for lifts to and from the airport. The service was good and facilities were in good conditioon.

Excellent, I was running late, so, the staff slipped me to the airport in my car. Many Thanks, again. Yes, we did catch our flight. See you again, in 6 weeks :)

Facilities and outward journey were fine. Experience was spoiled by having to wait over an hour for transfer from airport on our return to UK.

We booked Airparks Birmingham last minute on the internet because it was the cheapest around we could find. We got to Airparks without any hassle at all because of the straightforward directions and easy to follow signs. It was extremely easy when we arrived as once we had checked our car in at reception Airparks did the rest for us. The bus took us straight to the airport and we were able to relax. On the way back we were greeted by the bus almost immediately, a relief when you've been on a night flight. The lady behind the counter was very efficient at giving back keys and we were soon able to travel home. Very good value for money.

Previous driver didn't check fully who was due off the plane, therefore some of us had to wait 15 mins until another bus came and departed.

Good value for money. Too far away from airport meant doubling back on home journey. Efficient friendly staff.

Difficulty in finding correct bus at Birmingham airport - I went to wrong car park! No fun in the middle of the night. Checking of receipts by bus driver would have prevented this.

Generally very happy with the service and the cost.

A fair price and secure parking. Buses could have been more punctual. It took over 45 mins for the return coach to pick us up when we landed home. We phoned as soon as we landed and were still waiting a good half an hour outside in the cold (12.30am), all we wanted to do was get on our way home. It would have been nice if staff had helped load luggage onto the bus.

This service provided us with everything that we expected.

The coach was clean, the service was good, the driver was polite, all round a good service.

Milometer reading more on return to car by 0.6 mile, although reasonable, no explanation is given but could be indicated. The use of more staff on the transport to help travellers with their luggage.
