I would definitely use Birmingham Airport more often as my first choice of airport thanks to this facility. It was easy to find the carpark and everyone there was very helpful. The price of parking was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Often airport parking is expensive and does not seem to be secure. Alternatives often involve booking into a hotel for the night before. This made a trip to the airport on the same day with reasonably priced parking available. I will definitely use it again.

The operation works well, but the attitude of all the staff could be more user friendly - albeit that we first arrived at a fairly unsociable hour. The car was only a couple of weeks old and it was a little disappointing to find minor scuff damage on the N/S external mirror.

Allow a lot of extra time to get parked and to the airport. We missed our flight due to quantity of slow moving traffic once off the M5, road signs at Mackadown Lane were not easy to spot. Bus did not depart until 10mins after time shown.

Found staff friendly and efficient. Well organised operation both on departure and on return. Very impressed with service overall.

Easy to find and close to the airport, I reckon I had to do less walking with my case than if I had parked at the airport itself!

Shuttle bus left / returned on time. Very efficient check in. Would use again and recommend to others. Excellent value for money.

The booking was first class. From the depot to the airport was good, but on return I was forced to take a taxi, because of the amount of people waiting for the small bus, although there were several buses waiting at the depot.

Although I would not have found the site at 4.00 am in the dark without SATNAV (I am a lone woman driver) from the other side of Birmingham, all other important factors were well addressed. I would use this facility again and recommend it to others.

Easy to find, fast transfer, friendly staff, efficient pick up and car ready on arrival back. Next to bakery-early morning smell of baking irresistible!

Cheap and easy to find. Getting boarded on minibus and to the airport was straightforward and quick (quiet time of year?). Waited half an hour on return before phoning for minibus, which took a further 20 mins to arrive.

I have parked with Airparks for several years and always found all the staff very helpful and effecient.

Good value, convenient and secure. No assistance with luggage could be a problem for some and pickup was not as quick as other carparking we have used.

On arrival and departure my expectations were met by the car park staff. There was very little fuss and things went smoothly.

Found that we had very good service however as we had travelled up from the south and had to drive 20 minutes past the airport only to park the car then travel back 20 minutes to the airport for our flight.

All o.k. except the parking attendants who really showed a poor knowledge of customer care being brash, arrogant & rude. Perhaps they had a side wager on who could be the most unhelpful. Mind you, I might be the same at 3.00am on a freezing November morning. Also a bit light on buses meaning you had to wait ages for it to fill up before they left the compound or the airport on returning unlike many others we have used in the past.

Everything was easy from start to finish, booking, directions were straightforward, timings recommended were accurate, friendly staff and transfer was good, efficient service. Very happy overall.
