I have used this car park many times. It is a slick operation; quick to park and quick to pick up; hardly any wait at the check in. *A1 recommendation*

We were very satisfied with our parking at Airparks Birmingham and had no problems with any aspect of our experience. All the staff we met were pleasant and polite.

booking in fine, transfer to airport, fine, return, a disaster, not what you want after travelling all day with a tired child. There was approx 50 people, all with cases, waiting for a return shuttle bus, we waited about 10 mins, realised that there was no way we would fit onto the first bus so opted for a taxi.Have used services similar to this before, but never experienced this.

My husband and myself had to help an elderly couple with baggage as the driver is unable to handle baggage due to health and sfety reasons. They belong to a pash sounding federation but what else do these people do other than drive to the airport. They want to try working for a living.

After I had booked my car parking I could have got parking at Airparks for just under £9.00 cheaper than I had paid to you. Also Airparks must know how many flights are arriving at any one time and should have enough coaches waiting to transfer customers to the Car Park. We had a much too long wait for a coach to transfer us to the Car Park on Sunday, and any advantage we had for having landed 20 minutes early was lost by having a long wait for the coach to transfer.

Driving to the airparks, the directions say to follow signpost to "Offsite Parking Site A". See first signpost at 1st turn to Garrets Green and then nothing for few miles. Wouldn't mind another repeater signpost on the way, particularly where there's a turn to the right.

Used this parking every time flying from BHX and always had good, friendly service. Very good value for money. Car looked after and the new extras on offer sound great. Will definitely use this service again as it is easy to book, etc. No problems at all with the service.

Airparks,Birmingham is fairly easy to find although some distance from airport, coaches only run every 20 minutes so need to allow plenty of time for check in at both carpark and airport.Coach drivers will not handle any luggage,so if disabled have to struggle and rely on help from fellow travellers.

A very good experience all round. The only complaint I would make is that you need a clear sign on the final approach road to your compound. It is easy to miss when travelling at night, as the road name sign is not clearly visible until you have almost passed the road entrance.

Transfer was very good from leaving my car to arriving at the airport. Return journey was good and the driver was very helpful to all his passengers. No delays in getting my key and my car was parked relatively close. A good all round experience. I would definitely recommend.

It's the first time I've travelled to Birmingham to catch a flight and found the intructions to the airport wanting a little, it is a bit of a problem when driving in darness looking for road signs, watching your speed and at the same time looking for those bloody camer's. However my experience at your depot could not have been more pleasant with a cheerful booking in clerk and a short wait before being driven to the airport, thanks!

Good service going to airport, but very poor service on the return. Time we had to wait for bus was too long and and the attitude from the driver was unacceptable.He was very aggressive in dealing with a customer complain, he needs to have a lesson in customer service. I certainly will not be using this service again ,thanks to the driver!

Was concerned reading others review expecting the worse! Pleasantly supprised at slickness of coach drop off/pick up. Only had 5 min wait on return for bus and was only passenger on the bus. Travelled back on a Sunday 1830hrs. Once at the carpark very fast relocation with car and away on onward journey. Thanks v/much.

I was pleased with the quick service and ease of parking. I will use Airparks again. Had a little difficulty in spotting the bus stop in the car park because of over hanging tree blocking the sign.

The booking experience was fast and efficient, with a minimum of red tape. Return, after dark and in rain a little depressing. An elderly driver, with his wife, had a small bump outside the site office. I would rate the overall experience as good value for money when compared with on-site airport car parking costs.

The directions to the car park were superb - it was very easy to find even though we came from Swindon. A bus was pulling out just as we arrived, but the wait for the next one was only about 20 minutes which was fine, as we had plenty of time to check in.

Great experience, quick transfer to airport, staff on coach/onsite were helpful esp as we had a pushchair & cases. Only thing I would say was that the coach was too hot on the return, blasting fans with hot air and full coach made a few of us feel a little sick, otherwise fab experience would recommend/use again.

I would say the only drawback is where the car park actually is. However in saying that the directions were superb. No problems in parking - shuttle excellent, friendly and helpful staff and basically an exceptionally professional company. Well done to all.

Made our trip to the airport and back again to the car a stress free experience, even when I forgot the car seat after booking in and had to ask for the keys to the car again.

The directions to the car park were easy to follow, booking in quick and efficient, and transport to and from the airport very good. On return the same level of service was offered. Staff even knew names of people arriving to add the personal touch. All round excellence, highly recommended.
