Everything went to plan. Easy to find. Booking in fine. Transfer to airport fine. Collection of car fine. Only downside was the long wait for return bus to turn up when already tired late at night!

A good reliable service was offered at a resonable price. On our return, after obtaining our baggage & phoning the supplied telephone number, the driver was already waiting for us for the pick up. We will definitely use this service in the future.

The only thing that concerned me was we arrived back very late and in the dark but were expected to search a designated section for my vehicle despite it being so dark and having young children and being a woman. I was under the impression that my vehicle would be brought to the front ready for collection. Otherwise, price and service fantastic!

Friendly, helpful office staff and driver. Online booking and confirmation quick and convenient. Reasonable price compared to other car parks. The short bus ride seemed to be just as quick as airport parking and finding own way to terminal.

Slight difficulty in finding parking, missed turn into Mackadown Lane - Booking in made easy, no waiting around to get to terminal and just as easy on return journey. Perhaps we were lucky with bus waiting when we came to collection point, last on and away. Will definately use Airparks Birmingham again; much cheaper than taxi.

A great service. The only down fall is waiting for a coach to take you back to the car park on your return to the UK. We waited for around 30 minutes for a coach to arrive and by that time there was double the amount of people there hence not everybody was able to get on and would have to wait around for another coach.

My only observation would be that approaching the site with it on your left hand side the sign for carpark is not visible and we drove straight past it was only when we came back the other way and passed under bridge that we saw signs for car park, apart from that it was an easy experience will definitely use them again.

Before booking I rang as we were travelling in a van and I gave the person on the phone the measurements and he said it was fine. On arrival at the car park we were told by the grumpy lady at reception that the van wasn't allowed, after contacting her supervisor who did allow me to explain about my phone call he allowed us to park but it was quite stressing before our holiday.

The woman on reception when we arrived was most unwelcoming and seemed to find it exceptionally difficult to utter more than the barest minimum. This was in contrast to the friendly and efficient staff who dealt with us on our return. Booking in was relatively swift, but we had to wait 20 minutes for the transfer coach which then took about 20 minutes to get to the airport. However, in future, providing we had sufficient time to book in the car, we would use the facility again. If more pressed for time, we might be tempted to go for NCP, even though a bit more expensive, as their buses ran about every 5-10 minutes.

You need to leave plenty of time for the transfer, as the coaches do not leave as required, so you could find yourself sitting around for 20 minutes. Also on the return transfer there were so many people that another coach had to be used and half of the passengers were left waiting for the second coach. Otherwise no problem with service or site.

Nothing really bad, but nothing really good. Would prefer the use of smaller transfer buses with a more frequent service. It would also be nice to have a "meeter-and-greeter" at the car park to explain what to do and to provide assistance. The coach drivers could also be more helpful in loading/unloading luggage.

Birmingham Airparks Service. We were a bit apprehensive at parking off site in case the transfers were not reliable and we missed our check-in! We need not have worried as we were at the airport within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and checked in at the reception. You are given a label to attach your car key to and told to deposit it in a box outside. You are also given a card with which to retrieve your car when you return. Once you have deposited your key, you are on the next bus and dropped off at the terminal. Easy as that! The buses are modern and clean and fully fitted with seatbelts. There is plenty of room for luggage and pushchairs/wheelchairs. Upon arriving back at the airport, we waited for the bus to arrive, it was a bit longer than expected as the police had sealed off the route that the bus takes due to the discovery of a suspect package, but the bus driver explained and apologised. Upon arrival at the car park, we handed over the card to retrieve the car and were pointed in the direction of the clearly labelled car park. You exit the car park using the bar code attached to your key - simple! We were at the car park no longer than 10 minutes. All in all, an excellent well organised company. We will definately be using them again and would highly recommend them.

If youre not bothered about youre car park here done it twice now first time left me waitting at the airport for one & a half hours blamed on driver changeovers and then this year the car had travelled 1mile covered in dust & a scuffed rear bumper nevermind we all live & learn hope you do from this

Felt very confident leaving the car for two weeks - the compound was very secure and the staff helpful. It seemed a long transfer to the airport but it was Saturday afternoon so perhaps at a quieter time it wouldn't have seemed so far. However, the web site does recommend leaving plenty of time for transfer. Would definitely use this car park again if flying from Birmingham.

Good service for Birmingham Airport. Staff are OK but could certainly be more courteous and learn to smile a bit (doesn't cost a penny). When you come back from holiday, you dont really want to see grumpy faces and a 'couldn't care less attitude'. Despite this, for convenience I would recommend this car park and use it myself again.

We have used this service at Birmingham many times. 4 years ago my wife's step father died suddenly and on arrival back at the airport they had laid a coach on especially for us to get us home faster. You can't get better service than that.

Transfers too infrequent. After a long flight the last thing I want to do is wait for the transfer. Bus was way too overcrowded, with a lot of people having to stand up.

We found transfer coach on our outbound journey 4am in the morning overcrowded with both adults and small children finding it difficult to hang on, and no transfer safety message played. Return transfer was okay, safety message played and not so overcrowded.

My only objection was the time it takes to park the car and get to the airport, as the drop off is some distance from check in departures. Also it is not clear where the collection point is for the car park's buses outside the terminal.

This is the 1st time we have used this kind of service and are VERY impressed. I cannot fault it in any way. The staff were lovely and the buses were very quick and comfortable. I would reccommend this service to anyone. Will definitely be using this service for our next trip. Thank you.
