Airparks Drop and Go reviews

Waiting for bus was minimal in both directions and journey time reasonably short. The only hiccup in the experience was the flat tyre on return which I believe was due to a nail/screw picked up on the compound when being parked/checked by parking staff. Fortunately there is a tyre centre just 1 mile away at the A45 junction.

Check in is usually quick and easy and friendly, that includes all staff, and very helpful with your luggage on your outward and return journeys. When ever we fly from Birmingham Airport we will always Airparks Parking. Excellent

I found the airparks parking experience, a no hassle, good value for money parking.

The parking worked well, I was able to follow instructions to get to the carpark just fine.

Upon arrival we were greeted and informed where to go. Check in was easy and efficient, we were able to take our time to remove our bags from the car before dropping the key in the box provided so they could park the car. We hopped on the bus and started our journey to the airport. Fast and without incident we were dropped off at the departure terminal door. Upon our return we were picked up at the same spot we were dropped off. Back at the car park we waited just 1 minute in the queue to collect our car keys. Informed where the car was parked and thanked for our custom. The perfect end to the perfect holiday. Definitely use Airparks again and highly recommend.

used airparks alot but this time when we got the car back it smelled of cigarette smoke!!! we have owned the car from new and neither of us have ever smoked so can only guess it was one of their staff, had the car valetted when we got home but even with airfreshner on a hot day when you get in it still smells for a while. very dissapointed, doubt if we will use airparks again.

To new users - keep your eyes peeled for the few (only) Park directions from M42/A45. Also, I believe the 'Holiday Inn' reference en route should be replaced by 'Travelodge on RHS'.

We have never travelled from Birmingham airport before, so we were unsure as to where to park. The carpark was easy to find and the return service excellent.We landed at 11.45pm and were at the car, bags collected and ready to go by 12.45pm. If we fly from Birmingham again we will have no hesitation to use them again.

could have been big problem phoned carparks before flight to ask to turn off parking lights only to return and find whoever did put full lights on therefore battery flat on return cannot really complain as staff member gave jump start within seconds very helpful we did have long way home but got there safely lesson it happens people do leave lights on staff need to check properly especially if phoned to check within minutes

I have used this airport car park on several occasions with no trouble
