Have always used Simply Parking and probably will continue. Staff have always been very helpful and mostly happy (which is very difficult to experience in this country!) The only negative thing would be the lack of shelter outside whilst waiting for bus. I understand there is a waiting facility.

This car park is a little way from the airport but the service and transfer time is excellent. Our only little moan was that we had to wait quite a long time for a bus when we arrived back in the UK. This is the 4th time we have used this car park and we will definitely be using it again.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Airparks Birmingham. I was travelling with my blind son and his guide dog. When we got off the bus on our return an attendant took my ticket, collected my car key and then brought my car to me without being asked by me to do this. Please pass on my gratitude for this.

Excellent receipt when I arrived, transfer was almost immediate with driver helping with bags etc. We were delayed 24hrs coming home but everything was still smooth and we got away with no problem or further hold up. Will definitely use them again.

Really good value for money and good efficient, friendly staff. We recently had a very poor experience with a "meet and greet" company at Gatwick and Airparks experience was very good in comparison. Distance from the airport is the only drawback but we took this into account when making our travel plans / arrangements and it was fine. We would recommend Airparks Birmingham and will use it again.

The site was further from the airport than I thought. We had to wait 25 mins for the bus to depart to the airport. Most other companies seem to run a faster shuttle than this.

Regardless of the number of PAYING customers only 1 pick up bus arrives and quite a few passengers are left stranded to wait for the next bus, another 40 mins (after waiting for the 1st one for 45-50 mins) not ideal after a long haul flight... BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ...POSSIBLY.

It was not clear where the bus was to stop on the return. Several people who had been first at the place they believed to be the correct one ended up not getting on the bus and had to wait for the next. Very stressful as it is not clear which is the correct bus for the carpark that you are waiting for. Most of the people when we were waiting were not sure if we were in the right place or on the right bus. Establish with the bus driver exactly where he is picking up on return and how you will distinguish if it is the correct bus. On return ask the driver if you are on the corret bus and show him your ticket even if you have to make people wait to get on. This will save a lot of worry and waiting.

Bus refused to wait on arrival and left without us. We were told "he must leave on time". We waited thirty minutes for next one, which then left 10 minutes late so that some late comers could catch it! On our return, we waited in the freezing cold for 40 minutes for the service which supposedly runs every 25 minutes. Other parks at other airports have had the car started and warmed-up when we arrived back, but not this one.

A distance from the airport, but with planning, not an issue. Reception was extremely well organised and the most important thing, super fast book in and collection of keys.

Competitive price. Good transfer. Quick service by reception staff on both departure and arrival. Would not hesitate to use Airparks Birmingham again in the future.

Don't embark on this journey without a GPS or tom-tom. A simple map will not suffice. The car park as excellent as it is, is in the middle of a housing estate and so is likely to fustrate you trying to get there. That said, now i have used them once, I wouldnt think of using anyone else when travelling from BHX and I am already booked to park there for my next flight.

I will use Airparks again for a hassle free airport carparking experience. It was great to see the bus waiting for us on our return back to our car and not having to wait for ages!

Site is extremely easy to find, check in and out is simple, and the transfers to the airport were relatively quick and easy. Wait for bus on return to airport was longer, but still good for this type of service - about 10 mins. Unfortunately, my car was not parked where it was supposed to be in the compound, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me to locate it. Would definitely use again.

Easy to use,just book your car in, drop keys in box outside office, get onto bus and ten minutes later you are outside the terminal. Will certainly use again.

Briliant value for money and very efficient service. there was quite queue as I was last off the bus back to the car park but because the process was so quick I waited for less than 2 minutes.

the only problem we experienced was locating the coach pick up point for the return journey, you could make this clearer by including it on the ticket.

An extra sign at the Lane you turn into to get to car park road would have been helpful, we missed the turning in the dark. But couldn't fault it otherwise.

I tried to leave the car park when they were experiencing their second power cut of the day. They were unable to open the gate. They should have a means of opening the gate when there is a power cut.

Getting there was fairly easy, dropped the car off ok and got on the bus very straightforward. Realised as I was sat on the plane that the white ticket they had given me did not have a phone number on it like other providers - assumed there would be a courtesy phone in baggage reclaim. There was but this was for APH. I got out the original paperwork and phoned the number to let Airparks know I was in arrivals. The woman was quite blunt and after finding out I was not meet and greet informed me that the transfers are not on demand but every 25 minutes (for meet and greet it was an extra £20 on top of the parking price already paid). It was late evening, cold and waiting at the bus stop was not pleasant. Especially as the APH bus was there waiting for its customers. When the bus finally arrived there was a mad scramble as it did not look big enough to take everyone. This turned out to be true and being one of the lucky ones we boarded and truly felt sorry for those left behind for another 15 minute wait. We will never use airparks again, we only used the service as our outward flight was before public transport started. I would certainly pay a little more and use APH, which seemed to offer a superior service, which really counts when you are cold, tired and hungry and desparate to be home. Maybe on simply parking they could have an on demand/not on demand section to avoid confusion.
