We have used Airparks for our last two trips and have been more than satisfied with the efficient and reliable we have received at two different airports.

The booking in process was simple and the bus was there to transfer us to the airport.. on arrival back in the uk the plane did land 10 mins early and we then waited 15 mins for a bus to pick us back up which wasn't to bad Would use the company again

this was the first time i have used air parks usualy get taxi to & from airport so we were a little apprehensive but there was nothing to worry about from arriving to returning all went smoothly helpful staff etc will be using airparks every time in the future mr a ensor

2 minutes to check car in and bus was waiting to take us to the airport. On return bus arrived just as we got to the bus stop and agina 2 minutes to pick car back up. All good..

easy to find although the road signs mentioned in the instructions were not there, could have been difficult in heavy traffic, but we were early morning so found it aver two wrong turns.

would recommend to other people very reliable and felt car was in safe suroundings.only one fault very poor signage to car park area from main road.

crammed into the transfer bus after waiting 25minutes, got a taxi on return due to long queues at the bus stop and then had difficulty getting into the park

Good Service, Staff Friendly, Transfers Good just a shock coming back from Hot country and having to wait 25 mins in English whether for bus, next time would probably pay the extra to have the car waiting at airport. Thanks Airparks

Drivers parking the cars appeared to use the cars as a test drive. Bus operators were very blase and unfriendly compared with when we visited previously. On return, we found our nearside mirror glass had been broken. No-one admitted to the damage and as I had left the compound before noticing the damage it seems I may not be compensated. I reported the damage at the time and was given an Email address to correspond. To date I have not even had an acknowledgment of my complaint.

The check in experience was great, and the connecting bus was quick and efficient. However on my return, the key ring that I handed my key in on was no longer attached to my car key, which also had a second key attached to it, which was for an internal lock inside the car. Why on earth would they take this off in the first place is beyond me, eventually it was found inside the car. This caused major problems on my return. The extremely simply job of simply leaving the key ring alone would have made mine, and the staff who had to deal with it lives an awful lot easier and less stressful!

Everything ran smoothly from booking on line to being taken to the airport and collected again following our holiday. We have recommended your services to our friends and family.

good value for money although quite difficult to find by directions given. allow atleast 30mins-1hour before ckin as bus gets buisy

on arrival back at birminingham the cars were parked in the short stay carpark we had to wait 35 mins because none of their staff had enough money to purchse my short stay carpark ticket to let me out. The whole point of the express parking was to save time in the middle of the noght we might as well caught the bus back to the carpark holding area.

Everything went remarkably smoothly,assisted by helpful staff.Thankyou we will use the service again and recomend it to others.

Directions to the car park in the dark could have been clearer - we drove past the final left turn. Buses are claerly marked so easy to see on return. Car was ready to be picked up and we were on our way within an hour of landing in Birmingham.

all staff were very helpful particularly important to us as travelling with one year old. No waiting around staff all friendly. This was even though we travelled during all recent snow.

This was the first time for us to use this service and it wont be our last we will recommend it to our friends and family.

Well worth the money, had a "silver" car clean for £20 while away and it was a pleasure to drive home to manchester in a freshly cleaned car. Marked a four for friendlyness. Staff are kept busy and there is no time for them to have some sort of a chit chat just because you feel in the holiday mood.Will be using this firm at this airport again.
