Directions to the site were straight forward and easy to find without the use of a satnav. On arrival I did have to wait between five and ten minutes as all staff were out on transfers. This wasn't a problem as we had allowed plenty of time for our flight. When the staff returned they were courteous and efficient. Our car was booked in and we were in the Airport building within a few minutes. On return we did have a ten minute wait for the shuttle bus following a flight delay but again no real problems with the service. My car was ready for me on arrival (albeit all frozen up)and we left the site without any problems. I look forward to using Park and Fly again.

The parking area was just outside of the airport and within a few minutes of parking our car we were being dropped off outside the departures terminal. This is certainly the easiest and quickest way to park at Newcastle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was good value for money. Will definitely use next time we fly.

Staff made the whole experience quick and simple. Arrived and promptly taken to the airport, and within 2 minutes of arriving back the minibus was there to pick us up. As it was raining we were dropped right outside the car. Excellent service and good value.

Very quick pick-ups (5 mins wait max)and transfers in both directions which was good as it was freezing cold!

If the country was run as efficiently as this car park we wouldn't have any problems. I cannot stress too highly the top quality this company provides through their excellent staff. I would fly from Newcastle just to park with them. Thanks very much.

Would recommend Park and Fly to anyone needing to park at Newcastle Airport. The service is very good, and is only a short distance from the terminal. Very good value for money.

Arrived and checked in fine, transfer to terminal good, on return at midnight had a 5 minute wait for transfer to car park ok. Total dissaster at car park - car not available for collection - staff did not know where it was parked and could not find car keys - 2 members of staff set off to find car after waiting several minutes I set out and found my car after 3 minutes - the car doors were open and the keys were on the dashboard ( good security? I don,t think so )Staff did appologise but by that time I had had enough and just wanted to get away on my journey home.

Excellent service. On arrival we parked the car, handed over the keys, got on the shuttle bus and were at the terminal in no time. Returning, we waited for about 2 minutes for the shuttle and got away with no delay. Much better than the 'official' airport parking!

Trouble-free and quick transfer to and from the airport. Good that it was nearby.

Despite a very early morning return flight and a problem with our luggage meaning we were not there on time for our Park and Fly pick up, once everything was eventually sorted within the Airport, Park and Fly were back for us within minutes! Definitely recommend and only company we would use if we travel from Newcastle again!
