Easy to find, quick, friendly and efficient staff. Left car at office handed in keys and got straight on transfer bus and left. Rang for pick up transport back, took 5 mins to arrive. Given keys to my car on the bus which was waiting for me exactly where the bus stopped to let us off. Never had a better car parking experience.

The car park is very easy to find and close to the airport, no waiting about going out and coming back car waiting at the entrance for me no walking around a car park looking for it, excellent!

Arrived registered and left for airport within 3 minutes. Upon return,from ringing the freephone, was picked up and back to car within 5 minutes. No problems and a great price.

There was no hanging around, was taken straight to the airport. Picked up within 5 minutes on return, and the car was parked near exit, ready to leave stright away.

On return after long delay getting through passport control we were at end of line due to wife,s walking disability, we phoned for collection and were grumped at as later than he expected and had already taken some folk that arrived same time as us!!We apologised and explained reason! just wanted to collect cr and get home as tired by then.

Friendly staff, nothings a bother even when I had to return from trip early by one day they thanked us for leting them know in advance from heathrow.

Directions to site were spot on, after efficient briefing from member of staff, we found ourselves at the airport in a couple of minutes. On return, we were picked up within ten minutes of the freephone call. The car was ready and waiting at the site with the keys in. The only downer was that the price was a good £5 higher when I booked than it was the week before when I was getting quotes, so it appears to suggest earlier booking, cheaper price. I would certainly use them again.

Got there, got help with the bags, got registered, got in the mini-bus, got out, got delayed (flight) on way back, got on the phone, got no hassle, got back, got picked up, got back in the car, got home. Great.

Easy to find staff were waiting my arrival handed over my keys and was at the airport in less than 5 mins. On the return less than 5 minutes to collect me after phonecall and car was ready waiting for me.

Arrived at 6am was met at the door and on the transfer coach to the airport within 2 minutes. On return the mini bus seemed to be there before I had hung up the phone, which was great as it was cold and I had, had an extremely long day. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and my car was parked facing the exit ready for me to drive away 10/10

Arrival at Car Park was good and details explained about arrangements on return, we felt that we had left the car in good hands. The return procedures were just as efficient and it was good to see the car ready and waiting for us. Altogether a satisfactory experrience and my wife and I would not hesitate to use Callerton Parking on our next flight from Newcastle.

Service was prompt. drop off at airport close to departures. pick up was there within minutes of telephoning.

Quick to book in and away. On return, picked up within a few minutes and when we got round the corner to the carpark, the car was at the front gate waiting with engine on, nice and warm. Did'nt get chance to say goodbye, but a very efficient service. Would highly recomend. Many thanks.

Couldn't say to much about the facilities as it was pourinr with rain when we got there & on our return we were 9 hours late, thanks to the holiday company going bust. But the bus was there right away .

service was totally fine - only waiting minutes for transfers. it's literally across the road from the airport... it doesn't look much but you get what you pay for... pay twice as much to park across the road if you like! :)

Friendly, they remember that you have been with them before which makes the check in, transfers, so easy.

Perhaps not the most fancy area but my car was safe, the staff were kind, helpful and prompt. I arrived early and they were very acommodating taking us to the airport straight away. Would absolutly us again if travelling from Newcastle.
