Callerton park is the cheapest park at Newcastle airport I could find. It is easy to find and the transfers are quick. The customer services are the worst ever, very rude and abrupt! However it was 4.30am and maybe he got out the wrong side of the bed, not a good way to start a holiday though!

early drop off no problem tho the office did smell of wet dogs!!! Staff friendly and helpful

somebody was there to eet us and we got straight on the minibus and was at the terminal within 5 minutes of getting to callerton, on the way back was picked up straight away and taken back were our car was ready to be taken, making the rest of the journey easy. Great services

On arriving at callerton everything went very smooth paperwork all done and ready for quick transfer to airport which only took 10 mins.Phoned for pick up on return at airport and was promptly taken back to callerton where car was ready to go.Very friendly and helpful service given when i asked owner for directions back to glasgow even tho it was 10.30 at night.Will be using callerton again for definite if flying from Newcastle.

On our return at 3 in the morning we were picked up promptly to find our car waiting at the gate ready for us to drive off. Excellent service and well worth the money!!

Arrived and departed in darkness, did not see beyond the gate. Office and WC poor but driver very courteous and transfers prompt.

On arrival, chap on reception was not exactly friendly (but it was 5am!). Had to wait while 2 cars that arrived just after us reported to reception and transferred to minibus, but we were still at the terminal within 15 minutes of arriving at Callerton. On return, rang from airport concourse and was told the minibus would be there in 2 seconds but it was actually 10 minutesbefore it arrived. We were still back at Callerton within 15 minutes of phoning and our car was waiting for us at reception.

Near airport with fast , efficient transfer. Don't be put off by appearance of site or office with no frills! Good service at best price available

Their buses could do with a wee clean, but were very prompt there and back. Do not be put off by the shack that is at the entrance to the car park. One other think, more or less as soon as you are over the Metro train tracks the car park is on the left, we missed it the first time!

Office looks loke a Gipsy caravan , however staff friendly & efficient , pick up service excellent but car park hectic on return,although car was ready to pick up on arrival it was blocked in.

Found the staff helpfull and pleasant but returning at 3am in the morning from our flight to pouring rain with two exhausted children and then finding the shuttle bus was full so had to wait ten or fifteen minutes for another was not acceptable. You give your flight number and time of arrival so there is not excuse for this.

Receptionist ignored us on arrival. All other staff very friendly and helpful.

Not posh but does exactly what it says. Very prompt, excellent, no fuss.

it makes a difference just parking the car at the gate and picking it up again at the gate ready to go. Transfers have been within minutes each time

Check in area is rather shabby as is the transfer vehicle. However,transfer was prompt, pick up quick and vehicle waiting for quick drive off- which after all is all you really require along with safe and secure storage of the car.I would definitely use again.

Don't be put off by the slightly rough looking sight - the service we received was fast 7 efficient

I thought it was well worth the money very near to the Airport and the transfer to the Airport was only 5 minute drive. I would reccomend it to others.

The transfer minibus was in poor condition and the staff were not professional. We waited 20mins for the bus to collect us on our return when we were told on the phone that the minibus had already set off and should be there (it was a 5min drive if that from the airport). There were also sweets on the floor in the back of my car that I'm sure weren't there when I left it there as I have no children.
