I have used this facility before and its great. Parked just across the road from the terminal, walked in (although it was very busy in the car park), and straight through. Same when I came back.

We were disappointed that we were unable to drive to the exit pay booth but had to walk from the car after depositing the luggage. We were unaware of this procedure.

not enough disabled spaces. the info on booking says take ticket to office on left of barrier, but from some zones, eg. H there is an extra barrier necessitating the driver to leave vehicle and walk to central area to have ticket validated, perhaps the instructions could be amended to reflect this point and then customers could have ticket validated before the trek to zone H and beyond!!

I was satisfied with the service.It was cheaper then going by taxi. I will be using it again the next time we fly from John Lennon. Thank you. R. Parker

The only available spaces in the Long Stay car park where at the furthest point in the overflow section of the car park, so it was approx 10 min walk to the terminal. Thankfully it wasn't raining and i didn't have heavy luggage. On departure you have to leave the terminal and go to a booth at the Short Stay car park to validate your ticket for the exit barrier and then walk all the way back to the long stay car park!! Bit of a nuisance but guess would use it again.

The closeness of the parking to the airport is one of the biggest pluses - hence I have given a "great" for the transfer review. No car parks taff were in evidence although I did not need them. If anyone did need assistance staff may be difficult to locate.

The car park was nearly full. There is no coach service. But most of all, it is not clear that you have to take the voucher to a Portakabin near the terminal in order to get an exit card before going to your car. I walked to my car then couldn't exit and then had to walk a long way to the Portakabin. At 1.45 am I would rather have not had to do this but the information was ambiguous. It did not say that it is necessary to get the exit card on foot before going to your car. There is construction under way and maybe that had something to do with things but clearer information would have been helpdul. I will know the next time!

this was the first time we had used this service and thought it was excellent. the website was easy to use confirmation was prompt and then at the airport everything was striaght forward and easy to follow and the car park was right next to the terminal so only a short distance which was flatno steps to walk with our suitcases. excellent service that i will use again.

The instructions to get out of car park 2 were not very clear and there were no staff around to ask for help. Therefore we were unable to exit the car park without going to car park 1 for assistance staff wre helpful once we had found them!!

Parked on the additional long stay parking at John Lennon. On returning the printed off instructions said. Go to barrier and attendants hut. hand in voucher. Only problem is there is no attendants hut on any other car park at JL airport. I had to leave my children in the car and search the car parks to find the hut which was about 10 mins walk from the car. The instructions are only for the long stay number 1 car park and not for the overspill car parks. Arriving at 5.30am you cant see anything. I much prefer the other time I parked there where I used the credit card at leaving.

It would be helpful if your website showed on a map the position of the ticket kiosk for obtaining exit ticket. I had to park a long distance into the car park and did not see the kiosk on my return to the car. This involved a long walk back to the kiosk, which was just opposite the terminal, then back to my car again. Luckily for me it was only cold and not raining. Roger

on our return i saw on your instructions that yu have to take bookind and car park pass to office (i have done this before many times at heathrow gatwick where does it say yu have to do this before yu return to your car very confusing exit never again

Details for leaving inaccurate (there is nobody to take the voucher as stated) Had to speak into the machine and there was no answer for some time. This site not good - there are no transfers,none needed, but it wouldn't let me leave this blank!

In your printed comfirmation it stated that I shouldhave taken the confirmation and ticket to the hut close to the exit to the carpark. I spent 10 minutes looking for the hut and eventually pressed the help button on the exit gate where I had to give my reference number for the gate to open. Your instructions should be updated!!

Long stay car park was well sign posted and easy to get in to although very busy. This said i managed to find a space after about 5-10 minutes and there was directions to an overflow part. The instructions i recieved when booking the car park was to give your booking confirmation and ticket to a man on the left of the exit barriers as I had already paid however there was no booth anywhere near the exit barrier to give anyone my paperwork. This was easily solved though as i just pressed the buzzer on the exit barrier and gave the person at the other end the reference number and he let me out..thankfully! It can be a bit confusing at 8am in the morning. Very good value for money especially for the convenience of being able to get in your car and drive away rather than hang around waiting for buses or trains.

It was the first time I had used the Long Stay carpark and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of it. I will certainly be using the very reasonable, secure and efficient parking system again in the future.

booked through aph (Booking Reference No: ZBRB2) online with credit card...couldnt get in carpark with card, after 10 mins of talking got in...when came back card wouldnt let me out , intercom broken, queue entailed behind me after another 10 minuits barrier came up and let me out....flying is stressful enough without added stress from systems that dont work, thought online booking should be easier....apparantley not....

The instructions for leaving the car park were not accurate. We were told to present our ticket and letter at an office adjacent to the barrier. There was no office. We had to use the intercom on the barrier.

very easy to find well sign posted quick access in to and out of the car park using my credit card which i payed with. Just a short walk along a path to the terminal. Excellent no problems.

very easy to park up and walk to terminal. But on return there was no one around to hand our voucher to. So a que formed behind us while we tried to get the man to put the barrier up. Otherwise was fab and easy, thanks
