On exit the machine didn't recognise our new card as we had previously booked via the internet. Thus charging us twice for the booking. Also Liverpool Airport Parking does not give refunds to our card we are still waiting for a cheque to be posted out to us to refund the difference in price.

l think car parking at all airports is a rip off, many people l know use taxi,s its cheaper. l usualy take pepole and pick them up on a exchange basis, this is the cheapest of the lot.Also for your information my genitals are intact, l,m not Scottish and l haven,t got a big nose. Its a good system in a very good loaction and reprsents excellent value for soemthing booked in advance. The only downside is the ground for the parking area if its wet and you can't drag cases on that surface. The one aspect to change as quickly as possible is the approach of drivers to customers when the customers are indecisive or not sure. You almost feel like you have to beg them for a sensible coherent reply. Customers maybe a pain but the driver is the main customer experience and will determine if a customer returns. My night time driver was great ''for me' but the other passengers who were not exactly the best kind to have were handled in a pretty unfriendly way. Marks lut of 10 = 8.5 but only because of the driver experience for the other passengers otherwise for me its a 10/10 service.

excellent service offered. initially my brother-in-law's credit card acknowledged he was already present in the car park(as he too was using the facility and his credit card details were used for my parking)Pressing the help button we were told to take a ticket and if a problem on the way out to call again the help button and give my booking reference number - and i was duly allowed to leave the car park. Easily resolved. Will use the facility again in the futire. Thankyou. Excellent value for money too!!

10 min free stay in short stay car park meant the drop off for other passengers was not rushed and could be used for pick up as well.

There was virtually no place to park, cars were left anywhere, there were no staff or buses present. This was 10 am, it took 20 mins to find a place to park!!

Simple and straightforward - park on the long stay carpark - not many spaces available on section opposite the terminal - can be a long walk - not good if raining. On return, resist the pay machines in the terminal and pay at the kiosk in the carpark before returning to car - another long walk - but no waiting around for coach transfers!

Didn't need any assistance from staff as the instructions were clear and barriers worked - only difficulty was finding a space! Lots of barriers in the car park halting the logical flow when trying to park. Walked across from long stay to terminal.

No fuss booking online. Reasonably cheap and quick automated parking procedure using the credit card you booked with on entry. The only bind was finding a parking space. If I had gone straight to the back of the carpark I would have been parked straight away.

Even though the card system that is for entering the car park had failed, the staff did all the hard work to get me through.

Excellent to be able to park so close to airport but need some way to be able to identify where vacant parking spaces can be found.

Well signposted from motorway to aiport. Once parked, walked straight into airport departure desks within minutes. Just have to remember where you have parked your car as you could spend a while hunting it.

Worth parking at the airport to avoid any transfers, I could easily walk to the terminal, good value.

We had an early flight but arrived to find no airport car park staff. There were no spaces either with cars parking anywhere. We drove round for about half an hour and then parked at the very back of the car park but not in a designated space. We had to park there as we were afraid of missing the flight. It seemed to me that the carpark had been overbooked.

Open air on site parking can be quite a walk to terminal. Drop bags off first.

I was concerned that I was arriving back at L'pool airport at midnight - sole lady traveller - and worried about walking to my vehicle on my own but in fact I felt secure because of the good lighting and cameras etc.

Go on foot to the office to check out, there is inadequate parking space next to the exit. Ourselves and one other car practically blocked the exit whilst we were checking out. When in the car park, go back out the way you went in else you will find yourself the other side of a blocked off area. Some signs of broken window glass on car park, hide everything as security doesnt seem up to much.

Credit card acknowledgement for entrance and exit is the way forward.

The most difficult thing is finding a space, everything else worked like clockwork, no hassle in entering, paying or exiting the car park. I was driving home within 10 mins of arriving back at the terminal.

This was the first time that we had used the car park at Liverpool Airport and we will certainly use it again. We had no problems at all.
