Credit card system for pre booking is very convenient. We found a space very close to the Terminal-previously have been at the far end of the car park-unsettling at 4.30 in the morning. No queues to enter or leave car park-found the whole experience (3rd time using Liverpool)far more relaxing and less frenetic than Manchester car parks. Also much cheaper.

The only concern I have is that the instructions for payment state that you should present your voucher to the kiosk. There isn't a kiosk at long stay park 2. Instead I have been asked to put into machine, the debit card used when booking. I am never sure whether I will be charged twice for parking. Also, this may cause problems where the customer does not have their card with them. Other than that, parking at liverpool is easy, safe and reasonably priced in comparison to other airports.

Make sure that you go to the exit hut to have your ticket endorsed before you go to your car as it is a long walk from long stay car park as at the moment you can not drive round to the hut.

The parking is easily accessed. There were plenty of parking spaces available. The walk to the terminal does take up to 10 minutes but that's better than waiting for a bus.

Departure information very confusing and delayed our departure. There is no attendant in the kiosk to the left of the departure barrier. Information could read.Automated service. On reaching the barrier press button to the left of the ticket slot and an attendant will ask for your booking reference number and open barrier for you. Otherwise we thought the parking at liverpool was excellent.

We arrived back 10 hours late from Geneva and I did wonder if there would be a problem with the overstay, but your attendant assured me it was not a problem and verified my ticket.

The parking was ok but it did take a good 10 mins to actually find a carspace as there was literally hundreds of cars parked. I definitely wouldn't use the carpark if I was on my own as there was no security person visable and I wouldnt fee safe walking back to the car as there was a gang of kids hanging about.

Easy to find car park on entering airport, well signed, plenty of parking spaces. Could do with a better pathway to enter car park by foot when returning. There is a road crossing but there is no gate at the fence, probably due to security, to prevent thieves from escaping past the security portacabin. I noticed security personnel in the car park which was very reassuring. Good Job ! Car parking costs are not cheap even when booking on the internet, but they seem to be very high everywhere. It's not clear, if you arrive early or leave late, how much extra time you have before being charged extra , especially if the flight is delayed ! This means if you arrive 1 hr early, due to lack of busy traffic, you drive around for an hour before entering the car park !

On return to the car park my car had something like cement splashed over the front of it which had covered my lights and windscreen. I then followed your instructions but could not get out as I was in a one way system and there was no one at the exit to valdate my card.

Website warnings about difficult parking made us a bit nervous but we went straight to the back and there was plenty of space. It's quite a little walk then, but hardly taxing. I booked at the last minute so had to validate my ticket on return at the kiosk; the young man there was superbly efficient. We couldn't fault the service.

Very easy to book, no papers in the post, all by email, nice bloke helping with the enquiry in the car park at the airport; parked the car, left it, got back, picked it up no problem...No extra paper work, no waiting. Just thank you guys! I will definitely use you again!

Directed to overflow carpark. Difficult to find a space. No row markers to indicate where you've left the car. Long distance to now walk with luggage. The immediate area around the car park is littered, untidy and badly maintained - when returning this is very depressing. No staff to help - the barrier didn't lift when card inserted. In future I hope to travel from another airport.

It is not eay to find an available space to park, so one wone may end up quite a distance from the terminal (ie at least a 5 minutes walk with suitcases). The exit was not as described - by a manned booth. Because of construction work we had to leave by the automatic ticker barrier. Fortunately there was an intercom system which enabled us to exit once we had given our booking reference. There are always problems parking at Liverpool airport. Generally speaking if you have to consult the personnel at the booth they are not particularly helpful and are often unintelligible.

I was very happy with the service generally except that the safest route on foot back to the airport was not well indicated. My biggest problem however was that when my flight was cancelled late on Friday night I was unable to contact anyone at the airport using any of the phone numbers given, to ask what implications this would have for the parking. I did leave a message on the answerphone but supposed that this would not be read until after the weekend. In the end I just had to wait and ask at the airport enquiry desk who directed me to the car park cabin in the short stay car park where the young man was very sympathetic and reassured me that there would not be a problem. It would have been so helpful if there had been a contact number for emergencies such as this.

Well sign posted once you enter the grounds of Liverpool Airport. Keep your info printed to hand as I needed to remember to insert my credit card that I had made the booking on! Parked fairly close to terminal but just lucky I guess as some cars were parked a fair distance from the terminal building. All in all good value for money as a return taxi journey would have cost considerably more and not been as convenient.

car parks are not usually something to write and get excited about.i just felt this car park was well managed from booking to driving away. Some genius from liverpool will probably be inspired to write a song about car parks one day.Liverpool Car Parks-The Album ;could be a winner!

There were no parking spaces left when we arrived (despite having pre-booked) so we had to park our car on a grassy verge in the car park which was full of rubble. It was extremely difficult to maneouvre round the carpark as so many people had left their cars on the ends of rows and on the grass verges due to the lack of spaces available.

When you arrive at the airport (twice we have parked there in the last 4 months) there is absolutely no where to park, cars are parked all over the place, on the verge, on yellow lines, on white lines anywhere they can get parked regardless of wether they are allowed to park there or not, which is quite frustrating as you may miss your flight.

In general, the parking worked well with easy access/exit etc. Liverpool Airport is busy now esp in August and spaces were not easy to find and some of spoaces a good walk from the terminal. In our case we found one reletively near and everyting, except the trollies OK. When we found a trolley, oit only took euros not a pound - despite saying otherwise on the trolley , which may cause problems for some people.

The only problem I had was that the information provided told me to go to a portacabin at the car park entrance, but this was closed out of hours. In the end we just had to speak over the intercom to be let out of the car park, but it took some time to work this out!!! Good service, poor information
