parking at liverpool airport was a bargain because a taxi was going to cost me £120 return saving of £98 will use again

Would use the car park again, was easy to find but didnt realise just how big and busy it is, so allow yourself plenty of time during the peak holiday season to find a parking space.

Other family member paid double thinking they would be closer. They were in the multi storey. The only extra benefit they had was that it was under cover. Ours was excellent and only literally 2 mins walk, if that!

The easy directions to the long stay car park and the automatic car registration recognition for entry and exit was excellant.

Good signage on arrival helped us to find a parking space with ease. The walkway to the departure terminal was safe and clearly marked. The distance was a short walk only. Having noted the position it was simple to locate our vehicle on returning and the car was as we left it.

This car park couldnt be nearer to the terminal although it was frustarting trying to find a parking space

When we arrived at the car park, the number plate was not recognised, so we had to wait for help, which came quite quickly. On returning, it was not very clear where the office was, to get our exit ticket. At the barriers there was a delay as each car arrived.

When I left the car park after my arrival, it went smoothly and without any problem if I compare my previous booking with another supplier. When I book again the Airport Parking in the near future, I will come back to you since the booking and 'all the rest' was dealt with professionally.

to validate your ticket for exiting the carpark you need to go to the office in the new multistorey and not the kiosk

driving round for hours looking for a parking space, then on return was told on paper work to hand the form to the man in the booth at the barrier but there was no one at barrier so had to reverse whilst all ohter cars behind, still driving round then went back to barrier and pressed the emergency button - had to read off the number on back of the ticket then he lifted the barrier up ??

All went to plan, except inserting credit card on exit (as directed) I was charged again! However, the money was refunded later with no hassle and I would use the service again - good saving on the normal long stay parking costs.

Your instructions for leaving and paying were not clear with regards to paying at the kiosk on the left of the car park. This is only true if you leave by one particular exit.

The checkout of car park process is pathetic. The advise is to drive tot the barrier and obtain a ticket from the booth. At the long stay there is no booth, so you have to drive all the way to the edge of the short stay car park, repark, walk through the railings across the park the the only manned booth and obtain a ticket. When I complained to the attendant he said it was the only way. Previously I have only had to insert the payment card into the barrier,this seems to have been changed to this riduculous long winded admin process. Wont use again unless it is changed.

gate was not very well sign posted when leaving the carpark as we had to sign out at the gate house,(2 exits) staff in the airport and at the gate house not very helpful! (There was a football match on) all in all not a pleasent time at Liverpool Airport.

System for getting out of car park was crazy. Was asked to go to remote office no-where near car park. No advance warning. Took 5 minutes to answer phone at exit point

Too many roads to cross to get to long stay. Taxi rank immediately outside arriving passenger exit makes it difficult to see which way to go for passenger access to long stay car park

The car park was clearly signed and therefore easy to find. The actual booking operation was very simple and again easy to use and understand. I was reassurred that my car would there when I got back because of the security and lighting. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Not for the first time at Liverpool, there were problems exiting the car-park, which resulted in me standing in the rain having a conversation with an intercom at the barrier! The "system" currently in use really requires updating urgently.
