Very convenient and well priced. The ticket instructions were misleading - there is no booth need the entrance/exit barriers in order to give your reference when you leave and you have to put in your credit card to the machine on arrival and receive a ticket you do not need. On leaving you simply press the call button on the barrier and give security your reference over the speaker system. Rather confusing!

Stopped at entrance by a man in a yellow coat who told us not to insert credit card as instructed but to just take ticket as we might be charged twice.This caused confusion at barrier on exit.If we don,t get charged twice will be happy to recommend and use again.Thanks

I have used simplyparking before and they have been very good. This time however was a bit of a nightmare. The machine that you validate your ticket with your credit card was broken (no signs to say this). This meant that all who booked this way had to give their booking reference over the intercom to get out of the carpark. With 3 flights arriving at the same time, there was utter chaos and it seemed not enough staff on to deal with it. I presume it was a temporary hitch.

Not particularly impressed the nearer car park (no.1) was full and we had to park at no.2 car park which whilst not a long walk is not particularly ideal with cases. (No transfer available) This car park was also overcrowded when we returned with cars parked on yellow lines and on the pedestrian walkways. Believe that they should keep to the numbers where there are proper spaces only.

Everything ran very smoothly. Car Park 1 was full so had to use car park 2 which is a 10/15 minute walk to terminal. Credit card worked no problems and there were plenty of spaces albeit quite a way from the exit. Well lit and each isle numbered so easy to find your car on return.

It was helpful to book on line before we set off and good to know that we had a space, although in practice the car park was so busy that having a space is overstating it - there were cars on any patch of road and I don't know at what point it would be declared "full2 but since we had booked a space I had thought we would be able to find a proper parking space instead of needing to stop at the end of a row like many others.

I have now used the internet to book parking twice. First occasion I was charged again on exit and it took two months to get my money back. This time I have been double charged on my credit card bill by BCP and am now chasing for money back. Parking good - administration a nightmare.

Liverpool Long Stay :- I have used this system twice. The first time I was let in through the barrier by inserting my credit card, but not let out again when trying to leave. This time, my card was not recognised on either occasion. The staff answered the intercom quite quickly on the way in (it was 4 am!)and let me in, saying that I would have to quote my booking ref number to them on leaving (fortunately I had my paperwork with me). I also found a parking place quite quickly, which was unusual! On leaving, it took a long time for the staff to answer, but when they did I was let straight out without having to say anything at all. What is going on? I was still charged over £10 a day for just over 48 hours parking, which is completely extortionate in my view. The train is not an option when leaving so early.

I was a little confused when the instructions said that I should not pay in the terminal but pay the attendant, because I had not seen any attendant when I parked the car in car park 2. Turns out the attendant is in a hut at car park 1; after you have seen him and arranged payment, he then opens the barrier when you 'buzz' him from the car park 2 gate. Easy to do when you know how it's done, but instructions could have been clearer!

We thought that when our plane was cancelled last minute and we had to book onto another flight to manchester then be transfered to liverpool by coach, we thought we would have to pay extra. I would definately use them again, although it did take us about 15 mins to find somewhere to park!.

On arrival we could not drop luggage off with passenger before parking. Forced to go into the short stay car park with only 10mins free time to do this and queue to vacate car park before going to long stay. First long stay full. Had to go to overspill. It was a long way to walk back. It was absolutely raining hard and both my wife and I were absolutely soaked through. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU MUST PUT PRESSURE ON THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THINGS.

The carpark was on airport and easy to find and a simple process to get into it with the credit card entry system but was very full and the signing/directions to empty spaces was not very clear. We ended up a fair walk to the terminal but trolleys were available nearby.Recommend you drop off any people with mobility probs. first before parking. Entry and exit system easy but no staff around to ask for guidance if needed. Not fully secure, anyone could walk into and around the car park unchalllenged and perhaps break into your car but barriers prevented cars being taken away. Overall good value and easy to find.

Fortunately we arrived in very good time but it took us a long time to find a space - into two extension car parks. On return, the instructions on the e-mail didn't link with the actual raising of the barriers so had to ring for help. Instructions mentioned getting an exit ticket from booths on either side of barrier.

We were alright parking as we got there for 4.45am but people arriving on the Saturday as we were leaving were struggling to find a car parking space thats why so many were parked up the lanes we were supposed to drive out of.I wouldn't like to be there in July or August.

Your instructions state that you should put the credit card into the machine on arrival, but the car park assistant advised me not to, even when I pointed out that this is what we were instructed to do. I trust I am not going to be charged twice, as the machine on the way out stated '£0 to be deducted'. The carpark was packed and too spread out. We arrived at the check-in with only 9 minutes to spare because it took 25 minutes to find a parking space. Finally, this service saves about £20 for a weeks parking which IS good value for money, providing you leave twice as much time as you were expecting to park the car.

I think that the airport is growing exponentially however the car park remains inadequate the on site long stay facilities can be a long way from the terminalwith no courtesy transport/security/luggage assistance the latest idea of removing drop off facilities is a further inconvenience to customers

Easy to find and reach from the motorway network. Close to the airport so no need for courtesy coaches and the increased time taken to use these. Easy to book via credit card and no hassle getting in and out with the credit card. Car park always busy so takes time to find a space. Not easy to negotiate way round car park, could perhaps be reorganised with no 'dead ends' and clearer signage.

Easy to book, easy to find (with directions supplied with booking confirmation), very straightforward on arrival at the airport. The car park was close to the terminal building (we didn't even need to use a trolley!). Entry and exit to and from car park was simple and quick. We would definitely use Liverpool airport and the on-site car parking facilities offered by Simply Parking again.

Only problem was at the barrier, demanded 52.00 excess parking, nobody in booth to answer phone had to run over to box in poring rain while cars backed up behind us. As we left the car seek assistance the barrier raised, I suspect it was a softwear problem as similar things was happening to other moterists.

Booking car park was very easy. E-mailed instructions were comprehensive & easy to follow. Car park is directly opposite & 2 minutes walk from the terminal building.
