The parking was fine as was the price, however, with the new security systems in operation ie. no drop off etc. you MUST think about providing a small shuttle service from the carpark to the terminal. This will especially assist elderley travellers and those like myself with limited mobility/disability

if book online only 48 hours in advance, need to go into the car park and take ticket as you enter from machine. Then take this ticket and your booking to kiosk near yellow submarine in car park on return. Advice: remember where you put the ticket, and your printed sheet confirmation from online booking!

you should make it clear that when you get the ticket from the machine you need to take it to the office and get it changed for 1 that will work. i had to climb railings to get to the entrance office to get a ticket that would let me out. i got to the exit and the ticket i put in told me i owe £54 when i allready payed £40.i then had to get to the entrance (a long way from the exit!! it was 45 mins to get out. it was better when you put the debit/credit card in to let u in and out.if i had known i would of got the ticket sorted when i was at the entrance on arrival instead of the hassle i had when i returned d bury

I (wrongly) expected a booth to be adjacent to the barriers. The booth was in fact a portacabin type building up a flight of stairs away from the actual barriers. Your instructions were to take the booking reference and entry ticket to the booth. This I did and met an attendant chatting to another one sitting in a Car Parks vehicle. I was told to go back to the barrier and press the emergency button. During this time my car was obstructing one of the two exit lanes. (The first attendant did say to the man in the Car Parks car "How many times have you had to say that today?" or words to that effect. This alone suggests that I'm not the only one who could not get my head round the written instructions! On pressing the emergency button (which ought to have also been labelled "and pre-booked reservations exit" or something along those lines), I found that it was permanently engaged. I returned to the "booth" and was told to keep trying as there were three parks at the airport. This suggests that staffing is inadequate to deal with the numbers involved at times shortly after flight arrivals. Some of these factors may not be of your making or indeed under your control, but I hope that my experience and seemingly that of others in the same boat will bring about change.

Found parking close but still a walk to the terminal with cases as I had to park in Overspill J. worried about security as there appeared to be open access to footpaths to local housing estate. Found cost of £32 for 4 days expensive, paid £39 for 11 days in B'ham

Booking online was straight forward and instructions quite clear but I still got confused at barrier on arrival to park car and failed to insert credit card but took ticket instead! This however was easily resolved at onsite office on return from trip.

After the Glasgow bomb there are no signs or directions and no information to direct customers to retrieve luggage and elderly passsengers from short stay car park, which is the nearest point to the terminal where these can be picked up. Apparently one has to leave the long stay and travel round the outside of the car park back to the short stay.

We got very wet both coming and going from car. Should have worn better shoes and taken an umbrella.I followed the 1st instruction about taking a ticket as did many others.I should have read on about on-line credit card bookings.I took a while to find the car, should have noted the zone. It was an excellent price and I will do it again.

Entry and exit was trouble free and no problem. However, since I was paying with my credit card and using the card to enter and leave the car-park I should have liked to receive a receipt of some sort at the barrier to record that my card was not being charged further, i.e. in addition to the original on-line payment.

I did have a slight problem as I ended up getting a ticket when I entered my credit card in the machine. When I went to the payment machine it told me what to do if I had prepaid and this happened. The staff member was very helpful and offered efficient fast service. I will certainly use you again.

The car park was very busy when we arrived at 5.30 in the morning, I would suggest to others that they leave plenty of time to make sure they can find a space. The car park was very close to the terminal, however I would suggest you do not follow the instructions on the email suggesting you drop passengers/bags off as there is no drop off area - the signs to the drop off area actually just lead to the short stay car park. On our return, there was a lot of confusion about where to pay, the email said to pay at the kiosk by the exit barriers, however when we got there (we were in Long Stay Car Park 1) there was no kiosk. The kiosk is actually located by the exit to the short stay car park, which you obviously have to walk to. As we were leaving, we noticed this is also the case for Long Stay Car Park 2.

As my wife is disabled I had to enter the short stay car park to reach the drop off point, there were no trolleys, so had to drag cases to terminal. I then had to leave the airport car parks, drive 360 degrees around the roundabout and re-enter the car parks to access the long stay, I then spent 10-15 minutes looking for a space.

when I got to the car park I could not find any place to park, me and about another five cars where going round and round trying to park I had to double park and go and see the attendant he told me I should go to the overspill car park. I should have been told this before I tried to park. PS THE short stay car park was just over half full and could have used

I have a disability and a blue badge. On my arrival, the nearest car park to the terminal was full, so I contacted the car park staff who were more than helpful and arranged for me to park in a disabled bay in the short term car park at no extra charge. Again on departing, they were most courteous and helpful.

additional parking is further away than it appears leading to a longer walk back to the terminal and the complete lack of consideration for other drivers by some selfish imbeciles parking outside the designated areas, on corners, up on grass verges, blocking walkways etc

after returning from holiday I wasted time looking for someone to explain why I could not drive straight through the barrier with my ticket and had to go back to the beginning by car then had to go all the way back to the exit barrier to get out. over 30 extra minutes on my home arrival time. Would not use again.

Getting onto the car park was easy. The only parking available on longstay though was at the very south of the carpark, which proved a long walk to the Terminal Building. Its only April,so I think the car park will struggle to cope during the peak summer months.I noticed some vehicles were even parked on grass verges and off bays,Which isn't good for safety. Also having to back the booking up with the same credit card is a little complicated,I prefer not to take payment cards abroad for security but had to for this experience.I would imagine a lot of users get penalised with admin fees because of this dodgy clause. Overall though a Good Facility. Thankyou

i had parked in this car park with another company and used a credit card to raise the barriers, it wasn't made clear on booking that i would need to take my ticket to a guy in a cabin to get out of the car park,i had to go to information in the terminal building to ask for advise, more info on booking would have helped.

Exceptionally easy to book and to use. Even though we had to park at the furthest end it's still an easy walk to the terminal. Useful tip is to make a note of how to find your car; spaces aren't numbered and relying on memory can mean quite a search!
