Remember to validate your ticket at the car parking office before leaving or you will get stuck at barriers!!

Everything was great. The automatic registration number reader didn't work but this was sorted in 2 mons at the kiosk on departure.

On arrival car park 1 was full, had to use car park 2 a little further away, hassle free on arrival parked up and walked to the check in area. On my return walked to mt car with my luggage ok if its on wheels hard work if not. My car was there intact I inserted my ticket to lift the barrier and away I went. Overall a very convenient option for me to be able to drive to and from the airport and being able to park my car securely for the week. Cost effective in comparison to getting taxi's. I would recommend this service and intend to use it again for my next journey.

Easy booking system , great location . I was confused when you drive up to the gate , as there was no sign of a visiable camera and i was wondering how it would regonise my number plate.When I recieved my ticket i realised that my number plate number was on the ticket. Otherwise fast and easy system. Will reccomend to friends.

The number-plate recognition system was not in operation which led to a little anxiety about how easy it would be to get out of the carpark. In the end, a staff member was very helpful and we just quoted the reference which enabled us to pass. We will use this service again, as it is cheap, convenient and helpful to be arranged before the day of travel.

Couldn't the distance from the terminal. Dropped my family and luggage off at the 'departures' car park where 10 minutes is free and found a parking space in the long stay and got back to the terminal in another 10 minutes. At the end of the holiday I fetched the car and was back by the terminal in less than 10 minutes. I picked up my family and luggage in the 'departures' car park again since there is no reason to pay just to pick your waiting family up.

we parked in the disabled outdoor parking section, it was very close to the airport entrance and was very secure. we dont normaly like to leave the blue badge exposed for a long time but we were reasured by the security man that it was as safe as the crown jewls,when we returned after 8 days all was well. we even found one car with its window open blue badge on display and money in the glove compartment.(security delt with this.)all in all a very good parking experience.

I had to change, on line, the registration of the car we were using at the last minute and consequently the reg no. was not recognised on entry. However, a 5 minute detour to the office on return to see a very helpful and friendly attendant meant that our exit was speedily sorted. Impressed.

the only problems we had was not many parking spaces only few at top end of car park , and there were no trolleys to put suitcases on ,

my parking on long stay car park at liverpool was a breeze, no hitches at all.i would reccomend it to all my friends, it was the best price as well.very good value all in all, using again in september.

Despite the fact we arrived earlier than the ticket stated, we were still let in. The car park was a very short walk from the airport itself, and it was easy to manouvre, with plenty of spaces.

We have used this car park four times and will definately use it again. It is only a short walk to the terminal building. The new automatic car registration recognition on exit was really helpful. We accidently left the doors unlocked when we were away for 8 days but nothing had been taken and there was no damage to the car.

Although the parking area was well maintained we found it very expensive compared with our mian airports

No problems encountered and car was undamaged. Short walk from Long Stay 2 to airport.

Next time we will enter the reg no the camera thinks it is so that we are not held up when leaving the car park!

Everything went like clockwork and we were very pleased with the facility - the only downside was you need quite a bit of time to find a parking space!!!! so don't be on the last minute.

We had shopped arround for car parking quotes for John Lennon Airport and was surprised at the different costs. We had booked direct with John Lennon last year and had a nightmare with them as they did not explain the procedure should our numberplate not have been read. However this time around most happy with cost and service.

We arrived at about 1800 for an evening flight to Cork and returned at 1700 the following day. It cost £22 approx which I think is way over the top but it was the only option. I cannot comment on the parking staff because there weren't any. Fortunately the rain stopped just prior to our arrival otherwise we would have been soaked in the walk to the terminal which took us 5-6 mins. Admittedly if you can park near the entrance it would take less. Overall I felt ripped off but it may be more cost effective for longer stays.

In our experience if the long stay is fairly full it can take a while to find a place, you can get misled by the overhead signs saying there are spaces in a certain area and then you find there are none! Only other problem we have is that our car has apersonalised number plate which begins 66 and the ticket camera reads it as G6 so we have to ring for assistance every time we leave the car park! Otherwise no complaints at all!

Overall value for money but the walkway from the car park needs improving
