I booked parking online arrived at barrier and put my debit card in which was instantly recognised and the barrier lifted. Liverpool airport is always busy and if it your first time there you might think that there are no spaces left. I headed straight to the area marked additional parking which is situated to the left of the terminal building entrance as you face it. There we found plenty of free space away from the throng of cars and still a very short walk away from the terminal building. In fact it is an easier and safer walk with young kids as you have to cross the car park - there is a footpath all the way to the entrance. On returning from our trip we just got in the car and drove up to the barrier where I put my debit card in and the barrier lifted - simple. The transaction was straightforward and trouble free. I would recommend APH.

I have used this pre-booking service before at Liverpool, but I have always had problems with the machines recognising my credit card. This time it worked smoothly (despite needing 2 attempts on the way out). I had no need to have contact with staff, had a short walk to the terminal, but had difficulty finding the car again afterwards, as did someone else who still hadn't found her's when we left. It would surely be so simple to number & zone every space - this applies to most airports, not just Liverpool?

there was very little parking available. the signs for parking were quite poor. There was quite a long walk to the terminal so i wanted to use a trolley for my luggage- unfortunately it took quite a lot of effort to locate one. I have also been charged twice for my parking- once online and then again when I returned to the car park. I have been told this is a problem with validating the ticket and making online bookings. Unfortunately the person who can assist with this is apparently away until April 4th. I have used Liverpool airport on a number of occasions and this has never happened before. Just a frustrating experience.

Barrier did not recognise my credit card on this occassion (electronic tickless entry) so had to take a ticket and sort it out afterwards with the chap in the car park cabin. This was a minor inconvience but apart from that I had no problems and would use again.

easy to find, but leave enough time to actually find a car parking space. Started to panic when we saw cars double parked, also we were directed into short stay car park to off load bags, and could not drop off luggage outside terminal which meant a long walk with luggage.

It is awkward to find a parking space as there are no assistants to organise the traffic. Also, compared to other car parks, Liverpool is one of the most expensive, which is disappointing and makes the overall trip less competitive with other airports.

the car park is within easy distance to the airport terminal which was ideal, and was easy to locate. staff at the car park were helpful and friendly. However, I did have to contact the car park directly but had to go through all the options of the airport answer system to then be cut off when trying to be connected to the long stay car park. It was very frustrating, especially after the flight was re-directed to another airport in the UK. I had to go through my airline operators to eventually get through.

Overall, very good. Convenient, reasonable value for money. Although I did find the arrival instructions re entering car park could have been clearer (ie don't just take ticket), theproblems I did encounter were quickly dealt with by the call centre. The chap at the desk on my departure on Friday evening was more than helpful. I would use the service again and recommend it to others.

I rang you up on arrival to ask about procedure on departure, and was assured that a car park attendant would be there on departure to tell me how to exit the car park. a) I shouldn't have had to ring up to find out. b) the information you gave me turned out to be mistaken: therewere no car park staff in sight, I had to use my credit card to get out, and I still don't know whether I've paid twice for my parking.

Had to walk in the driving rain to the booth to then walk back on myself to get to the car. Obviously took a wrong turn out of the parking space and feel that I had a tour of the car park before I found an exit sign. Not a problem - just irritating.

Though I had no trouble myself, there were many people having difficulty leaving the car park, having trouble with the ticket barriers. Not sure as to the nature of the problem but it created quite a queue, with several people in front of me having difficulty.

The instructions for the car park indicated that credit card should be used to enter/exit the car park. However, this system was not in operation at Liverpool. Instead we had to walk across to the car park entry to find the attendant and have our card stamped. Then we had to walk the length of the car park to get into the car and exit. This was invonvenient and timeconsumning, particularly for a wet and windy night time arrival.

Given its location, Liverpool Airport is in a very exposed position. Walking from the furthest reaches of the Car Park with your luggage can be a an arduous task to say the least. The instalation of covered walkways would go a long way to making this less of a truama.

Great place to park on-site. 1 minute walk, but beware you cannot drive back to office to redeem voucher, its no entry, had to walk 300yds in piddling rain and was then told I could use the intercom at the exit gate. This is not pointed out anywhere!!!!!

Access: Easy to find and enter. Exit: Myself and three other car owners were stood at the unmanned barrier headscratching for a few minutes (well it was dark!). Fortunately there is a small intercom on each barrier where you could speak to a real person. We gave him the Booking reference number and he raised the barrier remotely. Only a small gripe really which was resolved in a couple of mins.

There was supposed to be someone in a kiosk at the left hand side of the exit to let the pre payers through. There was no kiosk and a long queue formed in the pouring rain before someone arrived to clear the car park. There may be more than one exit but to go back to where the entrance is is against the flow of traffic and road markings. This needs sorting urgently.

Avoid car park 2 if you are disabled, it can be a long way from the terminal and some of the ramps (to cross the road) are not too easy to negotiate. Otherwise, it's not bad and seems secure. Remember to take your booking reference with you and to put your credit card into the machine when arrive (as well as when you leave).

The carpark at Liverpool Airport is directly outside the terminal building, so the transfer from car to departure lounge is very quick. Having pre-booked speeds up the whole process. Liverpool Airport long stay carpark is always very busy, so there was some difficulty in finding a vacant space.
