May I suggest that you state clearly in your information that when you leave the car park with your car, you use the voice button at the barrier.

The car park get's very full so you have to drive around a lot find a place, they are building another so should be a lot better very soon. When I was there trying to get off the barrier was not working and despite pressing the call button and speaking to someone who said they would be with me no one came so after a wait of 35 mins and several more attempts at the call button I and others pulled the barrier off to escape.

Longstay carpark 1 was full but longstay 2 easy to find. We had trouble with our creditcard entry but a member of staff arrived very quickly and could not have been more helpful. It was only a 5 minute walk into the terminal. On our return we were back at our vehicle and away within 10 minutes. So much better than waiting for a transfer bus. Will definitely use the service again and have recommended it to our friends.

This was a great start to the Holiday. Simple and efficient booking in and out procedure. No long wait for transfers to and from the Airport. Add to that the low cost, outstanding in all respects.

See above comment. I am quite happy during te day but at night and in bad weather the parking areas are not easily negotiated and are poorly lit; there are few people to ask about getting out of the place. If I did not know the area quite well I would have found my night-time return flight experiences quite intimidating and upsetting. Especially if traffic is building up behind one!

there was a large queue to get on the car park and the signage is not very good so people in the wrong queue. i did not need a treansfer but put a 3 in because i cant submit a review without answering all the questions i suggest you add a non applicable option to the selection.

Takes a very short time to park your car and enter the terminal. Even without the card to which you have pre paid with, you have a second option of a reference number. Every time I have used this facility, I haven't experienced any problems and even though the car park has been extrememly full, I have always managed to find a space.

it was the first time i had used this service and was completely happy with the whole experience, i would reccommended to others.

Great facility which we use every time. Good value for money, and very easy to book, park up and leave with no hassle at all.

leave plenty of time to find a parking space. as they can be few and far between. other than that perfect!

As long as it's not raining this is a good car park not too far from the airport and much better value than Manchester.

easy to off load pasengers and then round to parking area took time not many spaces in normal parking, then had to go to over flow parking which made a long walk back to airport taking about 10 mins over all well pleased

signing to disabled parking a bit muddled due to work being done. Nothing signing where to get voucher so disabled badge could be taken abroad. Long distance from parking to get voucher

Car Park 1 was full so had to use car park 2 which is in an opposite direction from the airport roundabout. We were a little unsure if Carpark 2 was included in our booking, in the end it was so it turned out OK. Was a 5 minute brisk walk.

A no worries service for booking online. Just put the card you booked with in the entry and exit gates for speed. The ervice could be improved if you were provided with a reserved parking space with the service.

Really enjoy the on airport parking at Liverpool as it is all very easy and with only a very short walk to the terminal.

very helpful when I arrived-very late for my flight. lost the ticket to get out but this was no problem.

Parking attendant had to redirect me to the correct entrance explaining that if i'd swiped my card in the entry point where i found myself i'd likely be charged over and above the pre payment i'd already made.

don't forget to go to the ticket cabin before you go for your car as they have changed the exit system. it's now a one way circuit

The parking machine was broke so we couldnt enter using our credit card as proof of payment but were given a ticket anyway. On our return we sorted this out very quickly with the man at the kiosk, no problems.
