The morning we arrived there was a sign saying certain areas were full, so initially we avoided those areas. We drove around the other areas but they were jam packed. After I'd calmed down we went drove back into the "full" areas and there were plenty of spaces. I dont know how the signs get updated but they werent accurate. Once we'd parked the walk to the airport only took a couple of minutes. So all in all it was a good experience. We didnt see any staff at all. But we didnt need any.

What do you expect from a car park? Parked the car made a note of where I had parked. It took ages to find a spare space, left the car and thought nothing of it until I returned from holiday to find the car as I had left it. Got in drove off, no problem.

Bit confused at first because sign said car park full. However presumed it included our booking so went to barrier and ticket was issued with car reg on it. Found a space reasonably easily. On return just put ticket in exit barrier machine and laft. Would use this service again as could walk to terminal.

The ANPR system was excellent, and the access to the terminal was easy. This parking represented very good value for money, and I would certainly use it again.

Parking effortless everything worked like clockwork,close to departures lounge would definately recommend and will use again.

You just have to cross the road to the airport. Very user friendly entrance and exit.

This is the second time we have used BCP car parking and we will definitely use it again. We were fortunate to find a car parking space really close to the terminal and didn't have far to walk.The car park was much busier last time and we had to drive round and around before finding a space. I'd advise allowing plenty of time for this, just in case. We found the price very reasonable and competitive.

i found the parking so easy and great value for money, we were parked right next to the terminal, and we arrived an hour earlier than our booking time and still got in easily, i would definetely use this again

Easy peasy to book and operate . Very competative price ,wish I had used you all the other times.

There really isn't a simpler way of booking a carpark. Even I used the system & I'm really not very good when it comes to using a computer!

Always book your Long Stay Parking via the internet - I saved £25. Have used this facility before and it cuts out getting the train, bus or family members to take/collect you from the airport. Have also stayed overnight at a hotel with parking for up to 8 days and boarded the coach as we had a 5.30am flight. That cost around £60 with parking included. Can't go wrong.

On exiting the car park I placed my pre pad ticket in the ticket machine and a debt of £70.90p came up so I had to dail for assistance. After what seemed ages for someone to answer the phone I felt that the person was not interested in my problem in actual fact they were not very helpful. They kept asking for my ref no which I had miss placed amongst my paperwork so I eventually provided my registration No and got throughthe barrier. I later found that the ref No was on my ticket, why did the car park assistant not know to advise me of this fact so I could have given him this information in the first instance. Waiting time 5mins at the barrier. This caused some anxiety as you can agree.

I booked the night before. The technology worked perfectly and both dropping the car off, and picking up was effortless. If the price remains as it is, I will definitely use the service again Gren Kershaw

It was easy and simple to use and pre paying meant that we could just drive in and out without all the hassle of finding machines to pay the fees.......

great value parking with easy to follow directions made start of holiday trouble free.

experienced trouble with exit, as did vehicle in front of me. Was asked for £55 cash by machine, staff on intercom were helpful.

Parking was booked on-line, so no personal involvement, but instructions were clear, and it worked. I was also pleased with the price on-line, which proved to be good value.
